Perfect stay in this trendy hotel. Excellent reception staff, helpfull. One of the rooms wasn't ready yet so we could leave our lugaage in the room that was ready. As we asked for adjunaning rooms this was the easiest way, but the receptioinst did ask us if we would like both rooms immediate, but than they wouldn not be next to each other. Rooms can only be accessed with the elevatore using a room key (safety! like) Rooms are spacious and well kept. There is bar on the rooftop (19th floor) if I remember correctly. with spectaulr vieuws, nice drinks, excellent waitering. That same bar is used to serve breakfast, which is a fatastic way to start the da...brilliant food with great views and more than excellent staff. Special kudos to the waitress with the short blond hair in the upstairs bar...PERFECT service and a great experience. Checkout as well is a breeze and there is a car park under the hotel where you can dump your car. Furthermore to go into Amsterdam, there is a trainstation and metre a short 5 min walk away
2 little workingpoints; provide spoons, small and big at breakfast (eggs, cereal) . Pass the number of people having breakfast, two crowded. But these are rally small points !

Dear Slisse, Thank you for commenting on your stay. We are delighted to hear that you found our reception team helpful and appreciated the safety measures we have in place. It's also great to know that you enjoyed the spacious and well-kept rooms, as well as the spectacular views from our Cielo Skybar on the 19th floor. Thank you for your kind words about our breakfast service and the excellent staff, especially the waitress with short blond hair. We will make sure to pass on your compliments to her. Moreover, it's good to know that you found our location convenient, with easy access to public transport and the parking facility underneath the hotel. We appreciate your feedback regarding the spoons and the number of people during breakfast, and we will take it into consideration for future improvements. We hope to welcome you back on future occasions. Best wishes, Sjoerd Sybesma, General Manager

We stayed on one of the cheaper rate nights and the hotel seemed quiet so this review reflects that. On the positive side, the hotel is new, the location is fab for transport to town and the airport and there's enough restaurants and coffee bars around to not feel isolated. The view from our room was good over the city and Beatrix Park is just around the corner, lovely for a walk if you have time to spare. We sent an advance room request which they very kindly accommodated, our rooms were ready when we checked in early, it was quiet at night and we slept well. But if you're a leisure traveller, there's no getting away from the fact that the hotel is not in a pretty location, next to the railway and dual carriageway, and the style of the rooms feels a bit like uni accommodation. And a few things that could be improved: towels are tiny and probably the worst I've ever had in a hotel, the shower leaked onto the laminate floor, the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall and there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room (they kindly brought a kettle on request but no cups!). So for the rate we paid it was fine, but I wouldn't pay the rate for the more expensive nights.

Gorgeous 19th floor where we enjoyed a lovely and plentiful breakfast. Rooms were clean and well equipped with hairdryer, toiletries and a safe. Reception staff were brilliant letting us check in earlier as it was for a special occasion and they were very accommodating getting an iron to our room too. The location was great too, 5mins on the train from the airport and only a further 10mins into the centre of Amsterdam. We found the 3 day pass great value from Schipol Airport and hopped on and off trains and trams as needed. Would recommend the hotel without a second thought and I’d definitely return.

We stayed recently as part of a weekend break to Amsterdam. We knew the hotel’s location mean that we would need to catch the metro into the centre for the day and for meals and drinks in the evening as there was very little in the immediate vicinity. However Zuid station was only a couple of minutes walk away and then it was 10 minutes by train to the centre. Zuid is also very convenient for Schiphol as well. As a result of not being in the centre, the rates were also fairly reasonable.
The hotel was very modern in feel and didn’t feel like a business hotel, which given the area I thought it would do.
Overall the room plenty big enough and the bed was comfortable, and personally I did not mind the shower that opened up straight into room, albeit hidden by a room divider. I also liked the quirky touch of having an in-room yoga mat, although we did not use it.
What let the stay down was the housekeeping inconsistencies, our room had no robes, although our friend’s did. We had a coffee machine in our room although our coffee pods and milk were never replenished all the while we there and we had to always visit reception to get stocked up. However we should consider ourselves lucky as our friends room did not have a coffee machine (but had plenty of pods) and one never materialised despite asking plenty of times over the 3 days. Also the towels seemed very small and thin and not at all fluffy.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel – Breakfast Club about 5 minutes walk away is a good place to start the day – but we did visit the Sky Bar. The cocktails were really mixed but a little expensive but the same is true in any hotel bar. Being so far out of town mean the view was nothing much.
Overall would recommend but there are things to improve upon

A smart and modern hotel very close to Amsterdam Zuid station.
The standard bedroom was well thought out and comfortable with good plug and lighting availability.
Where things went wrong were on room servicing. My room was not cleaned on multiple days even when I left the sign for the room to be cleaned and when I left a message at reception asking for it to be cleaned. When I I requested fresh towels too, the first day nothing arrived and on the second day the dirty towel set was removed but still with no new set provided. A first world problem for sure but disappointing.
There was also a video playing at reception showing the remote control in rooms being cleaned and put in a bag and rooms taped to show they had been disinfected. In reality none of those measures were apparent.
Hopefully these shortcomings were one-offs as the hotel itself is comfortable. The staff too were for the most part welcoming.

Me and my husband traveled to Amsterdam on the 11th august as a birthday trip, we picked to stay at innside as it seemed to have everything we was looking 😊 we arrived just after 3pm and was quickly checked in by a very nice receptionist. She gave us a lovely welcome gift of Stroop waffles which were delicious, we was given a room on the 18th floor with a great view the room was a great size and the bed was huge and very comfortable.
We chose to stay in the premium room with included minibar, which was great and refilled every day. It was my husband’s birthday while we was away the hotel put out a nice little desert and birthday card for him in our room, which was very nice and unexpected. Getting to the hotel is easy enough from the airport. I think it’s a first stop on the train to zuid station the trains and Metro run every eight minutes which is fantastic. Zuid station is a few minutes walk from the hotel it’s perfect for going to tourist spots. Me and my husband paid £50 for a TravelCard for three days, which get you on all the buses, trams, trains and metros well worth the money. I just want to say a big thank you to the hotel staff and most of all the man who makes the cocktails on the bar the piña colada is amazing there is no drink list but he will try make anything you asked for. Thank you so much innside and hopefully we will be back to see you soon! Xxx

I stayed at the Innside Melià in Amsterdam for 3 days (2 nights). I have only positive reviews for this place.
First of all I arrived (me and my mum) early at the hotel (3 hours before check-in), and despite this I got into the room without any problem, and without any extra money to pay.
The room was very clean, zero dust (which is hardly surprising considering the large windows the room has), and everything was extremely tidy.
The staff was very friendly, and you can practically find a person who speaks your language, not just English or Dutch.
Technological facility, big shower, very comfortable bed, very big and bright windows.
The best part, however, is the restaurant on the top floor, the 19th, where you can have breakfast (at a very good price considering the Dutch budjet) and also have an aperitif or dinner in the evening. The view is incredible, the staff equally friendly and the breakfast was really good. It had everything I can think of when I think of breakfast.
Finally after checkout, at noon, which is a great time since many hotels force you to vacate your room at 10am, the staff gave us 8 euros off the hotel's products. Very nice products, and at an affordable price.
The hotel is also attached to Amsterdam Ruid station, but if you walk to the centre, it takes no more than 30 minutes.
In short, an excellent experience, and I think that in Amsterdam, having toured many hotels, you can not find a cheaper place with a service of this kind.
GO!

A business trip (5 nights), hotel chosen for location (Zuid station and the business district). Rooms are very straightforward, like the open bathroom design as gives a sense of more space, and the windows allow a lot of light. Whilst room make over wasn’t perfect, the front desk staff were great - helpful, quick, sorted things out, and so pleasantly, even when really busy. The restaurant on the 19th floor is understandably oversubscribed. I walked out the first evening, got fed up of waiting to order a drink, let alone food. Weekend breakfasts are very popular - no surprise given the views. It’s a good spread and the staff were really under pressure as there were more people than seats. They were courteous and flexible in dealing with the situation. I will stay here again.

good things: well located next to the Zuid station which has access to the train, metro, bus and tram. Breakfast very good and with a lot of variety. You can leave your luggage with the reception in case you arrive at the hotel too early for checkin or you need them to keep your bags after checkout, this is free of charge. There is a market nearby, some restaurants and a bike rental service. The Cielo restaurant has a BEAUTIFUL view of the city and is located on the 19th floor of the hotel. Hotel looks new and modern. Bad things: They say that the mino bar is free (water and juice), but when the housekeeper wasn't in our room, we went to the reception and asked for water to be replenished, they said it was replenished daily and that you can't get more However, that day the housekeeper was not in my room. I explained and even then, after much asking, the receptionist told me: “You can drink tap water. It's clean." That wasn't what I asked. I asked what was my right and what was promised by them. In the end, he only gave me a bottle of water. Another thing that happened was that we left a sign that we didn't want room service, even so when we arrived the bed was made, however, there was water in the sink with the drain plugged. They also didn't replace the towels and I had to call and ask for them all. By the way, their towels are terrible! I have never been to a hotel with towels this bad. For little things like these, they lose guests.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel.
I stayed in a basic guest room which cost over €300 per night. I was told that I would have to go to the next level up if I wanted coffee in my room.
The shower did not drain away quickly enough and caused the water to flood outside of the cubicle. The same happened to my colleague in his room so it appears to be a common problem.
There was no shower gel in the dispenser and despite me mentioning this to reception, it did not get replenished.
On the plus side, I spent a few hours working in the reception area and it is a great space to sit and watch the world go by.
I also ate in the 19th floor restaurant on two occasions and really enjoyed the great food and atmosphere.
People are very friendly in this hotel although the service can be a little hit and miss.
There are other hotels in the area which offer significantly better value for money for the accommodation so probably would not stay here again for that reason.
I would however definitely come for the restaurant again however.
