Good Hotel Good Location

Great stay at this hotel very close to everything breakfast was ok rooms are nice but the beds where a bit squeaky. Friendly Staff also left a note for my birthday excellent we touch will definitely stay here again.

Very pleased!

Cute place, very clean! The staff was very friendly & accommodating, cold drink (draft beer was our choice) was offered upon arrival - nice touch. Good breakfast with lots of offerings. The location was good, a block or two away from a tram stop. There's a laundry service right across the street, where we were able to get a large bag of clothes washed/dried/folded for 10 euros. It worked out perfectly, & they delivered them back to the hotel a few hours later. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, Aldi supermarket, & other shops/businesses.…

Noisy but Lovely staff

Pros - Lovely staff with 24hr hospitality and care. I asked for a kettle and they provided me with a tray of teas, milk, biscuits and a kettle. - You can go down to reception and ask for coffee or a drink any time - Breakfast was great with a buffet of choices Cons - Very noisy if you are facing the street with the trams, cars and pedestrians despite having the windows closed. So ask for a quiet room before hand. ( but the staff was very kind and do genuinely care- did the best they could to help me out with the noisy room) - Walls are very thin. unfortunately my neighbor guests were very disruptive each night…

Just perfect !

We spent two nights in this lovely hotel and it was just a perfect stay, mostly thanks to the super super super nice and devoted staff. The hairdryer doesn’t work? You get one right away. You must leave earlier than 7am ? They will come earlier so that you can have breakfast...btw, the breakfast is really tasty with fresh products ! Plus it’s very convenient location, closed to trams, in a nice neighborhood...my only negative point is : the pellow (really hard, got a painful neck in the morning). But I’ll come back for sure and merci to the wonderful staff ❤️ …

Friendliest staff and lovely balcony

Immediately upon arrival at this hotel I felt welcomed by friendly, helpful staff. My room was not ready because I was early so I was offered a beverage and my luggage was put in a safe location until later. Breakfast each morning was served in the lobby/dining area with staff that made coffee individually for each guest as requested. The room was lovely with a flat screen TV with many channels, a mini fridge, blow dryer and a safe but best of all was the lovely balcony with bistro style table two chairs and window box of red geraniums. Only drawback was the very high soap dish in the shower and towel rack too high for me to reach. Great location.…

Does this hotel still serve halal food?

As far as I’m aware the hotel just offers a continental type breakfast, to some, though not all, that stay there, and doesn’t have a restaurant

How far is it to the cruise ship terminal from the hotel?

Hello, I think it is too far for the Cruise Terminal. It is good for staying in the town, but not make it a Hotel Cruise.

Hello. Like most of the hotels in Amsterdam we do not have air conditioning. The climate in the Netherlands makes air conditioning not necessary for the bigger part of the year.
