Wonderful stay!

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Charming boutique hotel steps away from Vondel Park and plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We really liked our room even though there was lots of steps to get to our particular room. Very quite location & comfortable beds. Had a great breakfast & very friendly & accommodating staff. Convient to park and the museums we were interested.

This is the place!

The room, albeit on the smallish side, was so comfortable. The bed, the pillows, the Nespresso machine, the amazing shower...all divine. The hotel is quiet, in a great location next to the park and within walking distance to great museums and restaurants. But the staff are the real stars here. They made us feel so welcome. When we left we felt like we were leaving friends. We've stayed here on two separate occasions and will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Amsterdam. …

Do any of the rooms have king size beds please?

We have a king size bed at home and had the medium sized luxury room at Pillows hotel. I am not sure exactly about the dimensions of the bed at the hotel but it felt similar to ours at home. It may have been a fraction smaller but we found it just fine, spacious and comfortable. For a definitive answer I would contact the hotel. Given the quality of service we received I would not be surprised if you received a prompt reply.

Is this hotel close to any attractions and how far is it to walk to the centre?

Is breakfast provided? Do rooms have air conditioning? Are there elevators?

When I was there in November breakfast was not included in the price of the room but you could buy it sepratly and the hotel served a buffet breakfast. The room I stayed in had no air conditioning but it had large patio doors which could be opened to let in cool fresh air. I stayed in the part of the hotel that was located across the street from the reception which had no elevator which was a little annoying as the stairs are steep and narrow. The staff were all very accommodating and eager to help so if stairs are a problem if sure they could arrange for you to be in an easily accessed room.
