The apartment was nice and clean and is well equipped including a small dishwasher in the kitchen. All amenities such as rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets, etc., are provided and more are available as required.
The location is great, just a five minute walk from the Sloterdijk station, which is a ten minute ride from Amsterdam Centraal and about 20 minutes from Schiphol airport.
There are number of eateries in the general area of the station so that breakfast is not a problem if you don't want to make something yourself.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
All in all, we were very happy with our choice and can happily recommend Citadines Sloterdijk.

The hotel was very near to the station. In the surroundings there are a few restaurants, a grocery store and the station for public transport is 3 minutes away.
It is a calm area. The hotelroom was clean calm and the staff very friendly and helpful.
We will come back in the future.

My wife and I had a great experience there. It is a newer building, and the unit had a new feeling about it. Everything was clean and worked. We did not cook, but we used the espresso machine daily and they were nice to restock us on coffee pods when we ran out. The space is perfect for a single or a couple. A third means sleeping on a sofa. But the sofa is large so it is actually quite doable. Pillows and linens provided. The area is quiet, as it is far removed from the city center. A handy convenience store and a restaurant are nearby in the train station, and they come in very handy when you arrive late at night.
If there is a negative, it would be for those travelers who wish to stay in the middle of the city. This location is not for that. From the Central Station, the Metro stops about 12 times and it is a 37 minute ride to home. This is not prohibitive, as many other travelers did it with us. But just know that it is not in the middle of the action. I recommend buying $4 train tickets from the airport straight to the Sloterdijk stop. It takes 10 minutes and you are there! I wish we had known that from the beginning. From the Airport: You do NOT need to ride the Metro into Central Station in order to get to this property. Just buy the Sprinter train ticket and you'll be there in 10 minutes!

Convenient location, public transportation is few meters away, bars and convenient store and even Schiphol airport is about 15 minutes away. Very clean, staff are very helpful and all amenities available at the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel..

The location is ideal for touring Amsterdam. Just a one stop train ride from the airport, it is easy to get to, a short walk from the Sloterdijk Station. Amsterdam Central is 5 mins away by train and tram 19 brings us to the museum area and Jordaan. The apartment itself is very clean and management of trash disposal, access to towels, etc well organised. Reception staff are well trained and are very helpful, giving useful information on places to visit. In particular, Hannah was very kind to us. She voluntarily helped us with the use of the launderette and was extremely friendly.

Been Here for 8 Nights. Very pleasant experience. Hotel is very clean, so is the apartment. Nothing missinng inside. Very cosy. On fifth floor there is a gym we can use. Also breakfast can be purchased at 8th floor in Mercure hotel sharing a same building with Citadines.

We stayed here ant the tail end of October 2023, my daughter and I. My daughter uses a wheelchair. These apartments are brilliant, easily accessible for a wheelchair user, perhaps the addition of a support bar by the toilets might add but generally they’re very very good. However the real gem of Citadines Sloterdijk, isn’t the apartments, nor the bar in the attached hotel, not even it’s easy access to every form of transportation Amsterdam has. No the real gem here is the staff!, from maintenance to receptionist all are exemplary! Kindness seems built in! We’ll definitely be back

Terrific location - only one stop from Amsterdam Center - at a very fair price. Lovely room with everything we needed. Accommodated my chemical sensitivity by not spraying the room with fragrance. There is a restaurant downstairs called Wissenkerke, which has a very nice menu and great service. For lunch, I ordered a bowl of Spanish Vissoep (fish soup) that was absolutely outstanding! I would return to the hotel just for another bowl of that soup!!!

We received an upgrade due to it being our 40th anniversary. We even received a handwritten note and heart shaped balloons. The staff we very helpful and attentive. The location so close to trains and trams made it easy to explore Amsterdam. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Very clean, well maintained rooms. Quiet with no noise from neighboring rooms. Very convenient for exploring Amsterdam and other parts of Netherlands and returning to airport. Reception staff are very friendly and have great tips for place to see that are less touristy too. Would definitely stay here again when back in Amsterdam.
