I stayed at Hyatt Regency with my boyfriend and our dog to. They decorated the room for my boyfriends birthday (I asked for it before), and they really did a great job! For our dog they arranged a dog set-up, with a toy and some treats. So if you are traveling with your dog, this is the place to go! The Hotel is really clean and I loved the interior.

I had a small accident prior to my arrival at the hotel and from the first moment on arrival until the last moment after checkout I was treated with all possible attention and care, from ice packs sent repeatedly to my room to the availability of a wheelchair to help with mobility. I never got to have breakfast at the hotel but at both the Indonesian restaurant Mama Makan to the bar, attention as well to detail made the experience outstanding. I understand that current hygiene restrictions make normal operating difficult but despite the odds, you functioned in an exemplary fashion. Congratulations!

Staff (especially Aprilla) were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay very nice. Despite COVID and a curfew, we enjoyed ourselves. Small things like real dishes and silverware for our food delivery from outside of the hotel were a great touch. Another nice surprise was the birthday cake and card that Aprilla gave to me.

Great service, facilities, well maintained, good benefits. We were pleasantly surprised how well service is rendered under difficult circumstances. Regency club was closed, but benefits were delivered int eh lobby bar. Underground parking was very convenient.

The staff was very friendly and respectful, the room was clean and comfortable. This was a business trip where I was on quarantine so spent most of my time in the hotel room, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, even offering other items for room service not on the menu, being flexible on room service hours, etc. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.
