We stayed in the 25hours hotel and it was just amazing. The employees are so friendly, they helped us to book a super nice trip to Luzern. Thank you again for that. Their restaurant is also really good.

I spent 2 nights in the hotel over the weekend. The bed is super comfortable. The room was spacious enough for everything you need on a weekend trip. The bath was really spacious - especially the shower which easily would fit 2 or 3.
I like the details in the hotel design and the little perks like the "Freitag" bag, the not-so-standard "do not disturb/clean up" signs, the little texts on walls, mirrors, elevators etc.
The only thing that could improve is the space at the breakfast area. We are hotel guests, but had to wait until a table was free because most of the restaurant was occupied and reserved for by external guests. But the breakfast was very good, healthy with a great variety of choices.

During the weekend there are a lot of hotel and external guests and if they are all wants to have breakfast/brunch at the same time we do not have so many tables to place all of them. This hotel exceeded every single expectation I had. As soon as you enter you see the stay will be unforgettable, as the design is beautiful, modern, and funny at the same time. Everything has signs that make you want to take photos. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are amazing, the sauna on the top is an incredible and relaxing experience. Breakfast was delicious, and location is great as it is in front of a station (you only have to walk like 1 min, that same line stops in central train station and central bus station). Besides that, I liked the "values" behind the hotel. They have water drinking cups so you don't buy water bottles as tap water is safe on Switzerland, and they donate some water to a water project in Nepal. They have bags so you can use them freely, they also have bikes available in the hotel, they have ping pong tables, and restaurant which also works as co-working area. Wifi was good.

We came with a larger group for an event and conference to this modern hotel.
All meeting rooms were very well maintained and equipped with top material.
A small coffee and snack area made it easy for us to have several separate small discussions and meetings.
Due to limited time we did not stay overnight.
The location is not too far away from vibrant Pulse 5 and Escher-Wyss area and in direct reach at the end of the motorway.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and we found that it is a cool, modern and stylish place and that the breakfast buffet is very rich. We wanted to stay there again for one night in June 2023 and on a Saturday we booked a special rate with advanced payment a week before the intended date of our stay. Unfortunately, some hours after we did the booking, something personal happened that would make it impossible for us to make the trip to Zurich. We called the hotel but since it was a special rate, only the back office was able to cancel the booking, but the back office is available onl from Monday to Friday. We tried to cancel on Monday, but no chance! They were stubborn. Learnings: Don't book at a special rate at this hotel. For us, this was the last time we considered staying at a 25hours hotel.

Revisiting for my second trip after staying here 10 years ago.
This is our second night and two out of our three rooms have a malfunctioning aircond confirmed by the technician. Reception advised that the hotel is fully booked and room swaps were not available. No compensation was offered to make up for this (eg free breakfast - staff claimed he was not able to do anything about this) even though we’re staying for three nights.
All three rooms were not provided with kettles or cups and we had to follow three times before one kettle was finally provided, apparently they were out of stock.
Disappointing to put my family through this after my initial visit.

Visited in September for 2 night midweek stay on business. I travel to Zurich regularly.
The hotel is OK, if a bit awkwardly placed taking 25minutes to center/old town by taxi. I did book it for the proximity to the business district but the morning Uber to Hardbrucke took longer than expected.
To the main issue - the hotel has made it their mission to make problem out of UK (NHS) vaccination certificates. They do not accept the NHS app QR codes, nor the official UK paper certificate. I had very difficult check-in first upon arrival, having to assure at length that I am indeed vaccinated. Was then stunned to be refused service in their restaurant on the 2nd night, when trying to have a quick meal before heading out for the Opera House.
Everywhere else in Zurich the UK certificates are accepted fine, occasionally I'm asked for an ID as the Swiss QR code scanning app is not able to validate the identity. I've also travelled in France, Italy and Estonia in the last 2 months without witnessing these kind of issues.

We were 10 in the group, we paid in advance our rooms. we requested 2 rooms with one bed, and 3 rooms with 2 separate beds. When we got there, all our rooms had 1 bed. 2 of the rooms had King beds, 3 rooms had double size beds each. When we asked if we can change to a room with 2 separate beds, we were told that we will have to pay an extra 30 francs each day. we were booked there for 3 nights. Why would we pay the extra when we all paid the same to start with except that 6 of us occupying 3 bedrooms got smaller beds than the two other rooms that were given King size beds? The towels had holes, the pillows were so flat, no fluff at all. The rooms are dusty, they don't clean well, and dark, the lights are very dim. The buffet breakfast is the same everyday.

What a hotel! Super friendly and esay going staff, rooms are very, very comfortable (free-to-use boombox, free minibar, you can darken the rooms perfectly, nice shower, soaps and lotions) and that comes with a beautiful, small sauna and gym. The hotel is located near the tram which makes it very handy to go the Hauptbahnhof and the city center. Breakfast was a feast, coffee is great and the wifi is sublime. When I go back to Zürich, there is only one hotel that I want to go: this one.

Fantastic stay here. Tram to the centre is just 1 minute from the front door. Really liked the free mini bar in room which consists of 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of coke, 1 sparkling & 1 still water. Ready salted crisps and a chocolate bar. This can be restocked once a day. Most quietest hotel I’ve stayed in. No noise from other rooms or outside. Staff really friendly. The only reasons I give 4/5 is there was only 1 large pillow and a small cushion type pillow, the pillow was really soft and I need to pillows at least. The room was cold at times. Despite turning aircon up, it just did it’s own thing. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is directly located at the tram station of tram nr. 4. From Zurich Airport, take the S16 train departing at 1 and 31 minutes past the hour, and alight at Hardbrücke. From there, take tram no. 4 towards Bahnhof Altstetten and alight at Toni-Areal.
