Probably. But the issue with this hotel is it depends where the public transport drops you. Trains (3km away) would require you to also use a bus. The bus stop is 30 minutes uphill walk from the hotel. Also be reminded that they add 'night time' supplements to some forms of transport. So it depends how much luggage you have and how long you want to drag it up some steep roads. Taormina is basically on the side of a mountain. I would recommend a taxi but understand that this is a more expensive option. Check the rail and bus time tables for your dates on the internet.
