N38E13 BB Art Design is located in the historic center of Palermo, in a building of the 18th century, few step away from the Central Station and the main attractions of the city (Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria, Martorana, Ballaro Market, Teatro Massimo). It is a place characterized by design solutions, with a dual identity: accommodation and cultural space. The rooms are characterized by temporary exhibitions of artists' works, made during their stay in Palermo (Artists' Residences). Each room has a specific medium: writing, sound, video and photo, sculpture and graphic arts. The breakfast offers organic products of the area and local gastronomy: cannoli and cassata mignon, sfincione of Palermo, freshly squeezed orange juice, hot drinks, organic marmalades and more. Hotel amenities reflect the commitment to eco-sustainability. Wi-Fi in the whole building and Internet Point in the common area. The cultural space is liven up with contemporary art and design exhibitions for guests only. The airport shuttle stop is just few meters away. 20-minute drive from the beach of Mondello and 10 km away from the Cathedral of Monreale.

This B&B was a welcome respite midway through our second tour of Sicily. After 10 nights in various exuberantly decorated "modern" or "rustic" places, the neutral palate and minimalist decor was a godsend. The location is perfect for walking to almost any sight in Palermo,...More
