We were initially quite happy with the Hotel and to be honest the rooms are quite nice, tte common areas are smart and clean. The bedrooms are kind of comfortable and good air conditioning. Our major problem was being treated like second class citizens by the staff. Completely ig

Old and dirty rooms. Very noisy and uncomfortable. The noise comes from the neon of the ceiling, from the old A/C and of course from the street. If you close the doors the room turns very hot, if you put the AC on you get only noise without any change of temperature, if you open

Dear Guest, First of all we would like to thank you for staying at our Hotel Palazzo Sitano in Palermo until the day of the departure, since after two days you asked us to get a free cancellation in order to leave (without any reason). Then, we have been checked the cleaning of your room daily, also by the general Manager since you stayed in our of the Best room Suite facing to the magnificent Vittorio Emanuele Street, with original frescoes, maybe this is what makes it "old"...We are sorry for the noisy came from the street, but the hotel is located in the beautiful city. We gave you a free late check out since you celebrated the birthday. Hopefully to have as guest soon. Best Regards

Dear Guest, we're sorry to read your review, the check in usually is at 14.00, if the rooms are available are delivered even before, since the hotel was full, it becomes more complicated, and we do not even take the documents if we do not check in for a question of privacy and protection of the customer, as regards the color of the water, it was caused by a series of problems following the bad weather that have fallen on our city, promptly resolved, To whom concerns the reputation diminished on trip advisor, thanks to a work of restructuring the new management and a continuous and two-time work of the staff has grown a lot on the positive side, but everyone still has their own opinion. We hope to have you back as our guest soon, maybe the next experience will be positive. Yours sincerely
