“Santa Tecla” offers charming villas and houses overlooking the sea and the surrounding hillsides. It is placed between east and west sides of Sicily: from here you can get all most important destinations in one day trips without changing hotel! It has continuously produced organic olive oil and is located 5 km from the beach only. All our houses has many comforts, among which: • veranda • huge private garden • air conditioning • washer machine • full equipped kitchen • living room (2 houses with fireplace) • dining room • pets friendly Our houses are all "sizes": each one has a huge private garden with a veranda overlooking the sea.

Great Welcome by the owner, Mrs Baratta. The Chalet was everything we hoped for: a warm and panoramic wooden house, ideal for a couple. Very comfortable beds and a lovely warm room, the kitchen was cute, functional and clean.
We had the idea to visit this area of Sicily after watching Montalbano TV series , partially placed just here.
We visited by car, in one day, some historical sites next to there, such Tindari, Cefalù and Palermo. But a week hasn’t been enough to see what we wished. We would definitely love to come there again..

The place has saved us a lot!
We were a mixed group of international friends on our motorcycles.
We were a group of paragliders and other extreme sportsmen, and took all the Villa degli Ulivi. Very nice place with clean and comfortable rooms with en-suite bathroom, and quite important to us, a save dry place for our expensive bikes.
The place was very convenient to get in a few minutes the Nebrodi park, free flight school and courses of surfing and canoeing.

Casa delle Palme was a find! The garden and views were superb. We rented out of season and did not speak Italian however we were welcomed all over the island. The proximity to the highway made it easy to explore Sicily's diverse culture. Although we cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen, Sunday lunch out was a highlight and we particularly enjoyed the amazing restaurant at the hotel up the road. My husband and I would give this property five stars and more.

We decide to give us a week of total relaxation together with 2 other couples and children. We stayed at the Casa delle Palme, while others at Villa degli Ulivi. All houses are treated in detail.
The kindness and helpfulness shown to us by the owners has put us at ease immediately.
The evening was lovely to eat outside on a beautifully kept garden, with barbecue and pergola.
Sleep quality is excellent, cleanliness is very accurate.
It’s great for large families who, like us, book to enjoy together.
We can suggest it!
