I was without shelter in the middle of the night in a strange city, apartment owners have responded very quickly to the request. The room was cosy and super clean. There was everything that I needed: comfortable bad, shower and toilet, big mirror, water and working table.

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, the flat is in a nice location, the room is clean, sheets on the bed was changed in every week, and have a nice overall atmosphere. There is a shop close by and also easy to get a onto public transport.

Thank you for the positive things you said about us. For having called the review "Very convenient for all things Cagliari". For having said that "the owner was very helpful and keen to ensure you enjoyed your time in Cagliari." But also for pointing out the excellent location, its proximity to the Park of Monte Urpinu, as it is well served by bus and metro area, the Supermarket and the Pizzeria are very close to our Guest House and the proximity to the Regional Natural Park of Molentargius with its flamingos. About the rest. We care so much clarity. It is a must for us. Our descriptions, photographs, conditions are very clear and our customers choose us for that too. Each of the three rooms (Double; Double / Twins with balcony; Studio) is described and photographed with maximum clarity. So the customers know exactly which are the characteristics of the room they choose. This is appreciated by our guests who have the chance to personalize their choice. However, probably because of your distracted reading, you has had the erroneous expectation of finding in one room, the sum of the characteristics of all three. Anyway, when you arrived, we gave you the opportunity to change the choice you did with your reservation, but you preferred to keep the original one. To indulge your wishes, we have purchased a kettle too (not provided in the equipment of the room you booked) without asking you any charge. Our property is located on the first floor. That is in general appreciated by our customers. In fact the apartment can be easily reached by climbing a few steps and without the need of any lift. This is also specified everywhere (even in our letterhead and in our invoices). We do not ask any deposit or any deposit guarantee. That allows the customers to cancel free their reservation until the last moment. Payment is made in cash at the delivering of the keys and of the invoice. As in the most part of the B&B. We are a small organization. In this way we can reduce our prices. (Please note that in high season you have spent only € 26.50 per day per person). Having the POS ‘d mean to pay commission to the Bank without any need cause who wants use the credit card can withdraw cash at the very close ATM. At the same time not to pay at the check-in but in a different moment, ‘d require more attendance commitments for us. In both cases all that ‘d mean more costs for the customers. In other words the most part of our guests prefer to pay less in cash at the check-in rather than to pay more at the check-out. All this is clearly advertised and well accepted by our customers who choose this formula cause it is more convenient for them. In other words they simply choose whether to adhere or not without pretending to dictate the rules of the house. In any case, till now, we have indulged the needs of all. Including you. In fact we would like to remind you that you did NOT pay on your arrival but after. Numerical evaluation. We have analyzed very carefully and interest your judgment and your vote so different from the average of 114 over the last 14 months of booking and the 172 of TripAdvisor. In fact the booking.com guests have given us an average score of 9/10. The users of TripAdvisor ranked our B&B third of 247 similar structures in Cagliari. Both sites have certified to us the excellence. Not least were the users of other review and reservation websites. In the interest of the other users we highlight that your review arrives after, you claimed, through booking, to be refunded by an early check-out. It has been communicated to us at the last moment. So it did not allow us to resell the room. Booking, asked by us told (and write to) us that we did not have to refund anything to you. Entering the specific case, on the contrary, we might be creditors against you for the many extras - services that we offered COMPLETELY FREE to you considering your (not more young) age and the state of health of your wife. In fact, as you know, your wife had (outside of our structure) a bad injury (shoulder fracture) which limited her mobility. As conseguence you preferred to stay at a ground floor and so at another structure (ours one is on the first floor). You moved the last but two day of your stay. You did not spend nothing more: the moving was arranged completely free by the Insurance Company of your wife. But before your moving as a result of the above mentioned accident, you and your wife WITHOUT PAYING ONE EURO have, made use of our services, assistance and time including: - Shuttle service from the Hospital to the House on the day of the accident 04.09.2016 (we were personally called by the Hospital); - Our car service from the House to the Emergency Medical Service, and vice versa, to talk with the doctor to get (free) pain medication from the Medical Guard (one / two hours); - All the morning of a day spent by us at the thelephone trying to get the necessary requirements for visits and check-ups in Orthopaedics and Radiology inexplicably not released at the time of discharge from the emergency department; - Car service from the House to the Hospital and vice versa in the afternoon to get (after the calls of the morning) the prescription of the visit of Orthopedics to get the visit free; - Shuttle service from the House to the Hospital on 09/09/2016 day for the check visits; - Assistance of about 5 hours (!) inside and outside the hospital before, during and after the check visits for operations such, withdrawal wheelchair, ticket payment, visit Orthopedics, visit and examinations in Radiology, all with enormous bureaucratic complications being you foreign and having an expired health card; - Shuttle service from the Hospital to come back to the House; - Other requested time and activities (scan and send documents via email to the Insurance Company etc.) Furthermore, we should point out that you asked to be refunded 3 days. The the check-out of our House is before 10:30. You did it after 14. Therefore the days would be two, not three. Your request to booking amazed us very much. We had already announced you that, having we reserved to you the room from long time, it would have been impossible for us to resell it in so short time after your last minute early leaving . At the same time you never asked anything to us. On the contrary, in many occasions, check-out included, you and your wife, thanked us very much for all that we have done COMPLETELY FREE for you . After your very unexpected refund request to booking we tried unsuccessful to call you. So we sent you a message by whatsapp in which we explained what happened asking a clarification meeting. You never answered. We were able to talk only by telephone with your wife. To be honest she seemed to us mortified by the whole thing. She assured us that you ‘d have answered to our message. It never happened. (This after having at the time ensured that you would have made a wonderful review for all that we had done for free for you). Anyway thank you for your contribution. It stimulate us to go on to give the best of ourselves with the enthusiasm and the pleasure of the hospitality and welcome. At the same time it gives to the other users the opportunity to evaluate its reliability. And your sense of gratitude.

Thanks for your positive review and vote (8,3/10), to have titled “Nice accommodation” and defined beautiful the B&B and the room with new equipment. The shower is 70 x 70 cm as described in our website. About clean our guests give us 5 on 5 on TripAdvisor and 9,2/10 on booking.com Our low oblige us to clean every 7 days (and after evry guest). We oblige ourselves to do it every 3 days. But very frequently we do it every day too and, of course, always after every guest. Both us and our guests have always found (free, public and safe) parking under the house or at worst in 100 metres. Here the answers to your questions: FROM THE AIRPORT TO ANANIA: 1) OUR SHUTTLE SERVICE (SUGGESTED) € 20 FOR 2/4 PEOPLE, 12 MINUTES 2) By FS Train (SUGGESTED) from Airport to Piazza Matteotti (average wait 20 minutes, lasted 6 minutes, cost € 1.25.) + CTM bus line 30 or line 31 (30R or 31R on Sunday) direction “Brigata Sassari” (in both cases eight bus stops and ten minutes from ” Matteotti Terminal “to” Dante Metro “€ 1.20) + surface tube station from the” Republic “station” Gennari “(one stop, two minutes, € 1.20) + 400 meters walk, 5 minutes (you walk the descent of the Via dei Conversi. At the roundabout continue downhill to the left in Via dell’Abbazia. The second street on the right of Via dell’ Abbazia is via Sant’Anania). You find us at n. 13, first floor.
