I don't know where to start. It's all flawless, perfect, quiet and efficient, but at the same time friendly, welcoming, human. Italian, in short. The reception staff are the perfect combination of efficiency, courtesy and friendliness, all in the most natural way you can imagine. The room was spacious, well-appointed, had a wood floor instead of a carpet (I wish...

This is by far the best hotel in Turin! It has the highest standard of service, exceptional staff, a beautiful spa. I spent a weekend and I will certainly return. This is the place to stay in Turin, that's all.

I stayed in Turin Palace twice now and it is by far my favourite hotel in Turin now. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms modern. Tea and coffee making facilities are available and there is a free minibar. The breakfast buffet is spectacular as is the roof terrace. The hotel is modern, staff is exceptionally friendly and everything is...

The care and attention to detail that has gone into the restoration of this landmark building can be seen in every nook and cranny. Exceptional front desk staff (Martina and Marcello);...

There is a small garage for parking your car if booked in advance. The staff were friendly and helpful and their welcome very warm. We were...

This was our first trip to Torino and we were very pleased. The city is wonderful in its charm, grid-based layout (easy on navigation and orientation), food and people (much more understated than their counterparts in Rome, Florence and Venice. Similarly, this hotel is very understated, yet well appointed. The lobby and common areas are elegant yet tasteful. A diminutive...

6th floor roof bar (terrazza) is very nice for sunset or chilling and for informal meetings. The prices are affordable, not so high. the staff at reception is very friendly and helpful, roof bar staff is very slow but I did not mind.. Also has good view of the city.

We stayed here from 7th-10th May in a superior room. My husband had booked this as a birthday surprise for me and he was a bit worried that after emailing the hotel with room requests, he hadn’t had any replies. When we arrived however, the friendly receptionist Simona said they had received them and all requests had been noted, although...
