My business partner and I were warmly welcomed by the Guest Relations Manager, who kindly offered us room upgrades. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful.

The Junior Suite provided was carefully and stylishly renovated and very spacious.

The kitchen works at the highest level and leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of local delicacies as well as international classics.

The special location right in the centre of Turin and the historical reference make this hotel a “place to be” if you are in Turin for business or want to enjoy the beautiful city in private.

I went to this structure to celebrate the anniversary with my partner with a trip to Turin.
From the first moment the reception was exceptional: even if the check-in was in the afternoon we went in the morning to the structure and in a short time we were accommodated in the room (the room was on the top floor and had a magnificent view of Turin).

Convenient for location near the station and downtown, the rooms were equipped with all amenities and I found the mini bar really very well stocked.

Useful luggage storage to allow yourself to also take advantage of the last hours in the city before leaving.

The staff for me is the honorable mention: friendly and could accommodate our requests always explain clearly possible solutions.

We stayed here the weekend of the TFF, what a great choice. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfectly clean and everything you needed. The breakfast was well laid out and plenty of choice with great quality (my only comment is that somethings on the menu such as an omelette cost more, not a problem but surprised not a standard option). The spa which we used one afternoon to relax was just right, happy smiling people. The bar which we used a few times has a great selection of drinks including a couple os specials after the tennis: the barman needs a special mention as his knowledge and service was impeccable: well done Stefano. Overall this is a great hotel, central for shopping, eating and generally getting around Turin.

Our stay at this Inn was truly fantastic from start to finish! The rooms were surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with modern touches that made them even more luxurious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave them in the morning! The staff were constantly warm, welcoming and always ready to help us with anything we needed, always making an extra effort to make us feel at home. The concierge, in particular, was outstanding, offering us excellent recommendations and ensuring that all our requests were handled carefully.

Breakfast was another highlight: delicious, abundant and very well organized. There was a wide variety of choices, and friendly staff were always there to help us get exactly what we wanted. It was the best way to start the day with a smile.

From excellent service to comfortable and stylish accommodations, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would definitely choose the Principi di Piemonte Inn for our next visit!

A wonderful hotel, with very attentive staff at all times. Pleasant stay in a beautiful city. They gave us a room superior to the one we had contracted without any extra charge, since we had come from a full day of travel and they had it free. Very grateful to the staff for their kindness. Everything in the room was spotless. We will repeat on our next stay in Turin.

We stayed for four nights in this classy hotel for our son's wedding in Turin. We had a junior suite with sitting area, very nice, furnished with very refined furniture, very large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Very rich and varied breakfast, including croissants with ice cream of various flavors. Very kind staff, very helpful and understanding who made us feel at home in a very special and exciting time. Grazie di tutto!

I have been going to Principi since January 2006 reopening date for the Turin Winter Olympics! Since then it has been a constant for me, I feel at home and have an extraordinary relationship with those who work in the hotel! Silvia Frega as relations guest officer is the top! And what about the living room of the Prince, the guest bar, where you often meet Turinese who come to visit the legendary Flavio Scanu and his super team! David and Stefano are 2 super guys in making you feel good!!!! The property is a 5-star hotel with spa and very spacious rooms with every comfort. The view from the upper floors is priceless! Of course I also thank the director Leonardo Serranti always attentive to detail and care of the guest! Thanks for everything and ‘already started the count down for my return!

Very good Inn, well placed in the center of Turin.
Friendly welcome, car pick-up on arrival and check-in formalities executed with hospitality.
We benefited from a room upgrade and a nice Beginner Suite
has been made available to us.
Very good bedding, quiet, nice view of the city, nice bathroom/shower.
Very pleasant spa with a heated water basin, including many exits
water ( nozzles, showers )Very few people during our visit, it is true, off season.
Very rich buffet breakfast with lots of choices and quality.
Reception staff advise excellent tables within walking distance
in the vicinity of the Pension.
We liked this Principi di Piemonte that we would recommend.
And of course we will not hesitate to go back.

My review refers to both hospitality and event organization. In this wonderful location in the heart of elegant Turin, I had the pleasure of staying overnight but also and above all of organizing a work event.
Upon entering the hotel, you immediately experience a feeling of comfort, it is a prestigious location, truly beautiful and with attention to every detail. It is in total harmony with the city, elegant, refined and sober, never excessive.

What makes the difference, however, are the people.
Everyone with whom we had contact, from the person who welcomed us with a smile and helped us carry our luggage, to the reception staff, to the breakfast room staff, to the maitre d', to the waiters, to those who in charge of the audio system, they were very professional and kind.

In particular, however, the staff who organized the event, Elisa and Alessia, were extremely collaborative and flexible, uncommon characteristics. They made me feel in good hands, expert hands and welcomed all my requests. Undoubtedly, as well as with great professionalism, they carry out their work with passion, this clearly shines through. A truly positive experience!

This is the second time I have stayed at this excellent Hotel, which fully deserves its five stars.
It is in a very convenient position both to walk around the city center and to use public transport, being very close to both surface and metro stops.
Being inside the ZTL has a garage for guests and the reception can communicate the license plate of 'car to avoid fines. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort.
Cleanliness is impeccable.
The staff is courteous and helpful, both at reception and in the breakfast room and in the restaurant.
The breakfast buffet is sumptuous. The cuisine is excellent: the Chef is a true artist. The Maitre knows how to combine sympathy, courtesy and professionalism. I haven't tried the spa.
