Stayed for the weekend with my sister, the staff are the nicest hotel staff we have come across travelling all over the world. The staff on front desk can not do enough for you, during our stay they realised from dob on system my sister had recently celebrated her birthday and arrived at the room with complimentary snack and bottle or prosecco. The hotel was spotless and cleaned daily and in very central location in walking distance to bars, restaurants and transport. It is located in a noisy area but all guests are provided with earplugs in rooms if required so this had no impact on stay.

This was my second stay at the Hotel Milano Navigli. I had liked my first visit in September 2019 so returned for a few nights in September after my arrival and befor my departure in Italy . The hotel is a convenient 12 minute street car trip or an interesting 20 minute walk south of Piazza Di Duomo. The hotel overlooks Piazza orta Ticinese and is at the beginning of a typical quartierei which attracts visits from other parts of Milano and tourists almost entirely from other Italian cities. The Navigli are the last of a systems of canals that were developed to among other items the white marble that forms the stunning facade of Il Duomo. The remaining canals have pedestrian walk ways and during this very warm September cafe and restaurant terraces splling onto the streets. This hotel has interesting murals lining the staircase. The front reception desk is all there is for public space aside from the room for prima colazione. However Piazza Porta Ticinese is a neighbourhood living room. The rooms are contemporary in design and very comfortable. Upon my return for my last 2 nights of this voyage, I was upgraded to a top floor room with my own terrazzo overlooking Piazza Porta Ticinese and the perfect place to see the sun set. This was an unexpected treat. Front desk staff on both my stays is welcoming and helpful. Although I conversed in Italian I know that they can also help guests in English as necessary. The solid construction of the hotel means despite the busy street bellow on Piazza Porta Ticinese and the rattling tram on the cross street do not penetrate the comfortable rooms and i sleep very well indeed. Since I will be traveling mainly in Romagna I will be flying into one of the Milano airports and again will begin and end my trip t this gem.…

Me and my sister just returned from a Italy holiday last week, and stayed in Hotel Milano Navigli for two nights while we stayed in Milan. The hotel is in a great central location for Milan, everything is walkable or accessible from here and even though it’s right next to fast food restaurants and pubs etc., we didn’t have any noise in our rooms and slept well. Our rooms were also clean and spacious, the breakfast in the morning was nice and Michael on reception was an absolute credit to the whole hotel, he honestly couldn’t of been nicer and more accommodating so thankyou so much for everything! Would definitely stay here again if staying in Milan and would also recommend it to others!

The hotel was nice and the staff where friendly especially the lady who served breakfasts. The rooms where cleaned daily and kept to a high standard . It was a pleasant stay at the hotel , the downside where the scaffolding which we where not aware of this should have been informed on the website . The breakfast was also not too nice could have done with more options and nicer food . The coffee was outstanding . Overall it’s in a good location but also a noisy location . Overall a 8 out of 10 for me Thank you

Great little hotel. Convenient, great location, clean, amazing buffet breakfast. Single rooms are small but nicely appointed. Would stay again! My only complaints: somehow slowish WiFi, noise from party scene across the street on weekends and in my room (304) a large column in the middle of the bathroom! I don’t know if they charge the same for all single rooms but this one should be cheaper given inconvenience if that column.

This was our first time staying over in Milan and we booked last minute due to COVID. The hotel is clean & comfortable. What I must mention is that the hotel is situated directly above McDonalds & across the road from a nightclub. Although the hotel reports to have soundproof windows this is not true! Living in central London we appreciate there’s noise in city life - this place was ridiculous! I could not recommend staying here on Saturday evening- unless you’re in the nightclub!

I ordered this room day before in high peak times. December 29. Prices was great, and pictures look nice. I was NOT disappointed, location = prime. Price = very good Service = above expectations, in fact.. everyone I met, I would hire in a heartbeat.. coming from a person who’s been in the hotel business 30+ years Breakfast.. honestly it was okay.. nothing fancy.. but good quality.. if that makes sense. So, overall, I’m coming back to this place.. oh btw. Area.. wow got many restaurants and lot of scenery to spend time on. I don’t recognize any of the negative ratings I read about this place at all
