We stay at UNA hotels throughout Italy. They are modern, clean, comfortable and have delicious breakfast. The one was no different.
The only downside was housekeeping kept forgetting to give us towels every day. Fortunately they don't lock the linen closets, and it was quicker to get them out of the closet than calling the front desk and waiting for someone to bring them up.

I booked this hotel for the time of the exhibition with my wife and 4 year old child and the room I got had an extra bed and it was suitable and the prices were a bit high during the exhibition, but overall it is a good hotel and my child liked the welcome drink very much. My room was on the third floor and it needed to be painted in some places and the breakfast was very rich and complete. The access to the metro is excellent and in Milan, there is no one walking on the street after 11 pm and we didn't go on the street either. In general, I recommend the hotel for those who have children.

This hotel met all of our expectations after landing in Milan from the U.S. Finding it can be tricky from the train station but there are essentially three entrances (one through a medical park parking lot; one off of Gustavo Fara and the other via Fabio Filizi in an office building entrance). The family room was HUGE and provided great space for our family of four - sofa bed was comfortable according to my teens (we all slept 12 hours and there is no street noise). A/C worked great.

Gustavo Fara has great restaurants to choose from and we had no issues navigating down to the Duomo from this hotel (via metro and walking back).

Lastly, after a two-week stay in Europe, I can say this was our best breakfast buffet! The coffee, the fruit, the choices! Everything was delicious and I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here in the few days between Christmas and New Year's as part of a 3 city tour we have done. I gathered when I booked the hotel that it was predominantly a business hotel, which didn't bother us. The room was big, simply decorated.

Like many other reviews said the aircon didn't work, which we flagged but nobody ever came to look at it, so we had to have the windows open which wasn't too much of a problem. The WiFi on the first day was very slow and when we called down to the reception they were very unhelpful so we gave up with it, and luckily the next day it was better. The breakfast was very poor, barely any options, and the 'hot' food was stone cold, no attempt to keep it warm with lamps or hot plates, just set out on the side.

In terms of location when I booked I think I thought it was more in the centre of Milan, because it is right next to the 'central station' which is in North Milan, this was the station we came into and went out of though so was actually really convenient for us. We used the electric scooters or metro to get around which was convenient.

Final thing to say is the hotel is tucked away behind other skyscrapers, so is reachable from an alleyway, which was a bit random and not what I'd thought from the pictures. It also meant that 'city view' we booked was just overlooking the buildings next to us so not much of a city view.

Overallh pretty average hotel, probably wouldn't stay there again.

First, of all, it is very centrale, close to the main train station and it is very quiet, you do not hear the noise from the traffic and the room is big enough.
Then, well you will find better for the same price! Staff is rude during the check-in, and you feel totally not welcoming.
The room well, hole on the sheet of the bed, old furniture, broken furniture, broken doors, mushrooms on the wall...you booked for a large bed and get the confirmation but you get 2 twins and you are not able to sleep correctly. I tried to talk with the staff about that, but they do not give a s**t about that, more interesting in their own phone.

The Hotel is a 17-story building, so you might have a chance to stay in an upper floor with some view! It is in walking distance to the main railway station and a tram stop is just on the street. All the rooms are suites with a place to sit. You might get also a bigger suite for families. The breakfast buffet is provided with everything you need.
The rooms are also very quiet.

I just returned to the States following a 3-week trip to Italy and Unahotels Century Milano was by far my favorite hotel in which I stayed. Signori Daniele at the front desk was very prompt and welcoming. My room was elegant and subtly stylish. The bathroom was beautifully updated. I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and delighted in the carbonara. The restaurant waiter and bartender was very kind and thoughtful. I liked the hotel so much that I came back for a second stay at the end of my trip. The location is extremely convenient to Milano Centrale. On a hot summer day the room's air conditioning will please you greatly. Breakfast was the best I had on my trip as it includes jasmine rice, steamed carrots, and spinach in addition to the usual meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries. This place felt like a home away from home for me. I am grateful. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is hidden between 3-4 office blocks and shares the main entrance with them.
When we arrived at the room, I had the distinct impression that I had arrived at a hospital: the white beds with the slightest touch of colour, the floors devoid of comfort. Remember, it's supposed to be a 4-star hotel....
Breakfast has good variety but poor quality.
The bathroom has huge mould stains in the shower and the mattresses are rippling from use.

Despite the effort, professionalism and friendliness of the reception staff in offering me a superior room, I realised that the rooms did not differ in lack of quality and comfort and I stayed in the original room.
In short, the owners of this hotel don't take the return of their customers very seriously and certainly make the maximum revenue for their own benefit without thinking about investment, which is what the hotel urgently needs.
The reception was excellent.

Dear Monica, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are very happy to know the service provided by our staff left a lasting impressing. On the other hand we apologize for the negative impression that the maintenance departmnent will verify. The mattresses are new, so we are surprised to read that: all of our guests are satisfied with the comfort. Please do let us know when you are coming back and we will be more than happy to assist you in any way. Warm regards Elena Comisso Hotel Manager UNAHOTELS CENTURY

Do NOT stay at this hotel. I stayed due to a tour place that booked here. Otherwise, I would have cancelled and gone to another hotel. Site states they have air conditioning which is FALSE, as they do not turn it on even if you ask. The room is unbearably HOT and has no ventilation. Service is POOR and if you call reception, they will not attempt to resolve as they will not turn on the air.

central station (many hotels in this area are), but that is all that this property has going for itself. The reception and staff while professional, they are cold.

Everyone seems to just be doing their tasks and there is no passion or hospitality. Breakfast has potential but sadly falls short in execution: extremely bitter cucumbers that were hastily (not) chopped, melons with skin still on them, overcooked sausages, etc etc. This building is also in the middle of few other buildings and you need pass a few buildings by foot in order to reach it.

Upon check in, the complimentary water was missing in the room, and loud banging noises from construction in the building, made it impossible to sleep or have work meetings until around 5pm.
