This was a great hotel with nice large rooms and comfy beds. Very modern Italian decor. It was in the center of town but on a nice quiet side street. Could not have asked for a better location that was centrally located close to the...More
This hotel, located on a side street, is fairly new, nicely constructed and furnished, and has first rate personnel to greet and assist you. The room was unexpectedly elegant, being done in white marble and leather furniture, with its own private balcony. We had not...More
We choose this from the internet and we were happy with our stay here. Location was good and service was great. Hotel is only 6 months old. Only thing stopping my review from being 5 stars was the price.
From our opinion, we’ve have four points to report:
1) catch one nice and one normal (not so nice) receptionist;
2) the location is very nice, very near to the main tourist attractions;
3) the room, well, at first we’ve been upgrade for a triple...More
We run into this hotel while strolling around Milan. It is set along a very quiet side street, a few steps from pedestrian area. We live near Milan and just were curious to have a look, to possibly recommend to friends and business partners. Staff...More
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to
admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
