Lovely grand hotel, our accommodation was very comfortable with a lovely view of the lake. The amenities were excellent as was the breakfasts and evening meals that we had in the restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful and looked after us very well. The hotel is

We stayed three nights in this hotel and, although it looks very grandeous with splendid furnishings, we found many other aspects to be substandard i.e. 1. We booked a double room only to find the bed made up as two singles, with one bed having only one pillow. 2. The beds were

First things first, this place looks like you're in a hotel from a magazine. It is so damn cool and just feels luxurious when walking around. Everything about this hotel is quality - the décor, the grandeur of the lobby, the bedrooms, the food, the staff, the location -

This must be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It looked amazing. Passers by were taking photos because of its appearance. The food was excellent. The pool and gardens were lovely. It was grand without being stuffy. The photos in the brochure did not do it justice.

Hy, we stayed 4 nights in the hotel stresa palace in Lago Maggiore. During our stay in the hotel there were so many family's with baby's and teenagers. There are friendly in the hotel. Right opposite the hotel you have public beach access for free, you have to bring towels, hotel is not providing any beach service. In walking distance there is a little plaza where you can sit and eat everywhere. Like pasta etc. In our hotel there is no activity for kids in or around the pool but it is flat on one side and deeper on the other side so kids can play. But no slides or anything like that. They have a beautiful parc area in the hotel, like a big garden. Unfortunately I'm here not able to put any pics otherwise I would do. So like I said lots of family's with kids and even baby's. Hope it was helpful 🙂

Hi Lora. I'm no expert on mozzies but I believe there is a risk of getting bitten. Whilst we didn't personally have a problem, our rep told us that she had been bitten for the first time this season. That was early June. Hope this helps Regs Paul
