Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

Response from Giovanni Paolo A, Responsabile reception at AMM Suite
Responded 28 Aug 2018
Dear Guest, We had a plumbing issue so we had to respect the Expedia's laws about overbookings: find another accommodation with the same position, high ratings, same comfort and same stars. The Hotel Latinum is a structure better than our, a 4 star hotel (AMM Suite is only a B&B) far from us only 800 m (10 minutes by foot, 3 by car). For one night you paid 74 euro to us, and we paid the same price in order to give you this accommodation, so what you said about this is totally wrong. We did what we had to do, and you accepted this solution at the beginning.Only 7 hours (!) after you called me saying that the beds were not comfortable and the towels were too thin. The receptionist of Latinum Hotel, Jolanda, have shown you different types of rooms but you didn't accept none of them. We didn't say to you NEVER that you would be refunded because we respected all the Expedia laws about that. I remember perfectly when we talked at the phone, I talked even with Jolanda, and I was very clear about this fact: if you want an accommodation, stay at the Latinum, that is a good solution, but you decided to leave: it was your choice. You wrote to us only 3 weeks later asking something about refund, something that we never said to you.

Amm suite is the best place to stay at Rome. Firstly, the rooms are so pretty. You wouldn't believe that in such a small place they can have such pretty rooms. The aircon in the room is what you need after your daily tours. The metro is just walking distance from the hotel & you

And so I will respond to the reply I had on booking.com! Yes I did call the guy to fix the AC but he was already going to the property to greet new guests. As for me touching something, I think it's more along the lines of the buildings electrics, and as you were clueless and

Have to agree with Pee of Vienna, road and next room noise was a constant but... location is the important part as you spend 75% of time out and about. Room is for sleeping and showering, and can do both easily at AMM Suite. Main question anyone asks is would you go back? Answer

I start saying that AMM Suite is a perfect base to move in the beautiful city of Roma with a great value for money. The rooms, it is not a hotel, are 2 minutes from Manzoni metro station and only 15 minutes walking from Colosseum. This is a perfect location. Nonetheless, there
