Stayed 2 nights here in a queen room. Facilities are ok, but a jug and coffee would've been handy, yet everything else made the room quite acceptable.
Breakfast is included in the price and is typical continental style, with plenty of cakes and croissants but little in the way of hot food. Did not enjoy the coffee but that's how it is.
Staff (predominantly male) are very good and willing to help wherever they can, making this a good option if staying in Rome.

We like this hotel, rooms comfortable, light and airy, beed were great to sleep in but what let it down was the very poor breakfast, we stayed there for 3 days and did not have the breakfast the third morning as it was all very basic!

Very central.

That aside the staff were friendly and helpful and overall we had a great stay, pity the food was so basic, they could do with upping their food content and this would be a great hotel. Aww well.

Spent 2 nights here as part of the organized tour. Awful 😞 in terms of location. It’s so far flung away from the city centre in an industrial 🏭 complex. Also in awful 😞 terms are the facilities - rundown, outdated, and tired 😴. One of the only two lifts are broken 😞 and the only working one is very small. Can hardly squeeze in 5 people. No kettle, no porcelain cups but I kind of get that. It is how Europeans do things. Fridge isn’t working and in fact feels warm. Chair 🪑 on the balcony has one 1️⃣ bar broken 😞. Perhaps 🤔 breakfast 🥞 is the only thing that is not awful 😞 - just narrowly. Standard version in any other hotel 🏨. Not bad but nothing impressive either. In all terms I don’t understand how it rates as a 4 star ⭐️.
Nevertheless it is still a comfortable stay due to large rooms and oversized toilet 🚽. Staff also do their jobs.

Hotel and Staff pathetic! We could not even hardly open our door to the room and then next morning it wouldn’t lock! Safe and sink didn’t work! Shower missing hardware. Water cold! Staff was rude and front desk clerk lied!

We went to leave the room with the tour company in the morning and the door would not lock to our room. We told front desk and he said he would go check it. He came back and said it’s fine. I went up and checked and the door was still not locked. I came down and told him. He said he would go check again and I told him I would go with him. We proceeded upstairs and of course the door would not lock. He had to get tools to repair the door!

No coffee in the morning and buffet had bread only because they ran out of eggs and bacon! Pathetic!

The night we arrived my wife asked about cappuccino and the
waiter said he was busy getting ready to serve dinner!

BEWARE!

This hotel is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. At a push I would rate it 2 Star. Air con does not work, I checked with other quests and this was confirmed by all. The carpet in room was so dirty I had to walk around in flip flops. The furniture is dirty with mold all around and 90% of it is so old that it’s broken or peeling. Dead bug marks over walls where I can imagine previous guests had been killing then. The smell throughout the whole hotel is bad, no proper ventilation system. The beds are so hard and there was blood stains on our bed covers. I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip ended up being a trip where we couldn’t wait to leave.

I will give one positive piece of feedback. The reception staff are very nice and helpful.

We booked into this hotel as the last 2 nights of a Cosmos tour. We extended our stay for an extra 2 nights as well trusting that Cosmos had picked a good quality hotel. We were completely let down. The hotel room was so small that the only place to open your luggage was on the bed. The carpet was filthy and the the shower so small that we were lucky to get into it. Complain about the aircon and were told to open the window! There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room or reception. Cannot recommend this hotel at all and feel really let down by Cosmos!

We stayed at this hotel for a Cosmos tour. Breakfast was included daily and had a a fairly good variety of food, however the logistics of the buffet was awkward and not efficient. The room was very basic with dirty carpet, mold in bathroom. This hotel is not close to the city center, in order to go out for dinner you will have to walk a distance. It's in a very quiet neighborhood.

Rooms are nice, the restaurant is good, and the breakfast is superb, We had delicious cooked apples in the morning, and excellent coffee provided by most courteous staff. The hotel is near Roma Tre University. The metro (4 stops) brings you to the center of the city.

I was there for a 5 days conference. They would't let me park in theyr parkinglot because my car was too big, and because it was only for people who was staying in the hotel. It was plenty og foom in the parkinglot. I had a dog in the car and they told me to park in the street. Not easy with a big car. I had written beforehand, didn't get a response to stay there during daytime, and thought it would be ok. The personell in the reseption was not friendly at all, and didn't let me talk to the manager.
The aircondition was cut off in the conference room. The air was horrible and hot.
A shabby hotel with unfriendly staff.

The rooms and amenities are very old. They take time to refill buffet breakfast. Walking distance to a Church. Around 5-10minute walk to access food/convenient store. No electric kettle or cord extension available. Their refrigerator was not working properly.

A taxi would cost approx £60/70. We booked a shared transfer that worked well and was a lot cheaper.
