I stayed at the Hearth Hotel for a few days in February. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome, for long or short stay. It’s right next to the Vatican Museums, the rooms are big, clean and full of natural light, and the entire staff, captained by the director Guido, is very welcoming and professional. I’d definitely stay there again, or, better, I WILL stay there again. Thank you 🙏

We had booked a B&B near the train station, and it was a horrible choice, specially having kids with us. Even the Uber's driver told us that we had made a great decison choosing this hotel. But the way, the Uber service all over Rome are awesome professional, and elegant!
Back to Hearth Hotel, we were so thankful and blessed to be able to get a last minute reservation, during Summer Peack Season. We got the Junior Suite, for my friend her kid, and my daughter and I. IT is super spaciously. It has two king super comfortable beds, with two TVs, one for each bed, a table with chairs, a very nice bathroom, with separate tub, and shower with the all body spray options shower.
We enjoyed the included breakast at the dinning area at the top of the hotel which is cozy, and cute.
The service is more than excellent, super helpful, friendly and very professional. We love the decor all over the hotel, including the aisles, staircase which is in the middle so you don't feel isolated, oppostie you can enjoy the stairs instead to use the elevator if you wish, like we do with our kiddos.

We booked a room with breakfast included for a week-long stay. The room and breakfast were more basic than I expected. The room had tiled floors, a bed with thin Ikea mattresses, and a single pillow per person. The breakfast consisted of packaged breads/croissants/yogurts, boiled or scrambled eggs, sliced cheeses and meats, and juice. There was a man who would make the hot beverage of your choice (espresso, cappuccino, teas, etc.) You could buy a bottle of wine and some useful items such as umbrellas and rain ponchos from the front desk. The front desk personnel were helpful. The restaurant on the opposite corner is very good.

Well how about arriving for your stay and being told that we cancelled the reservation a week before which was a total fabricated lie on the hotel's part. When we asked for the manager, we were told he/she wasn't available to talk to us and only that he/she remembered the e-mail requesting the cancellation. When asked to send us a copy of that correspondence they couldn't find it. After sitting in the lobby for over two hours trying to locate another hotel on our own because they obviously had no rooms for the night, we finally found another hotel nearby which was very much inferior to what we thought the Heart Hotel was to be. It was unfortunately the only hotel in the area that had (2) rooms available. When we arrived at that hotel, the receptionist there confirmed what we believed happened. The receptionist told us that the Heart Hotel is known for overbooking a lot and the complaint we had with them has happened to many others who eventually became their guests. I guess having a written confirmation from this hotel means absolutely nothing!!! Our group of (4) didn't appreciate the way they lied to us. If I seem upset, I am! What a shock and waste of our valuable time in Rome this was. I can only suggest you book elsewhere if you want to make sure you have a room upon arrival to this hotel, especially now knowing this wasn't a single occurrence. It would have been nice to talk to the manager who was hiding behind the phone talking to the poor receptionist who was just trying to do her job. Oh yah, when we asked for the manager's name she was told that she couldn't give that to us. That in itself should tell you something about this hotel!

We stayed in a family suite and it was better than the pictures showed. The 4 person room was super spacious and comfortable. The rooms were huge and had space for all our luggage. Tons of counter space too and a mini fridge. The rooms had these awesome electric blackout curtains. Room was pretty soundproof.
Beds fairly comfy but firm and better than others we have stayed at. Good pillows.
Don't give thick blankets unless you ask. There is A/C in summer and winter has heat. Great location 2 min walk from the Vatican. They did not have certain things like an iron in the room but had up front to use. The breakfast closed early at 10am and was decent but basic. The staff was helpful and you could get extra towels, blankets, etc from the front 24/7. We felt safe. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The arranged a car back to the airport for us (be ware you need to pay in euros only (no CC and no US $$)! we had none and my hubby had to exchange money at the airport to pay him!) Would stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience while staying at Hearth Hotel in Rome. Everything was perfect: from very friendly and helpful staff to large clean rooms and delicious breakfast.
We also had a free upgrade and enjoyed a large terrace right next to Vatican Museum. A taxi ride from the hotel to the airport took less than 30 minutes on weekend.

I had a fabulous stay in Rome at Hearth Hotel. The wonderful interiors, excellent service of the kind and professional staff and its perfect position made my holiday experience really really special. Navona Square, Trastevere, Angel Castle and San Pietro Basilica are all just walking distance. The bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. Thanks for the staff helping me to discover Rome with info and maps :)

I stayed in many other Hotels in Rome, but so far this was my favourite. It was really moody and such a good start of the day to have my breakfast in the morning on the terrace with the beautiful view. Also the coffee was really good! The Hotel is in the very city center and close to Vatican Museums, local market, Sistine Chappel, and to many other popular sightseeing points. Very reasonably priced too for such a luxury hotel. I would recommend it and definitely will come back!

Good location, fair price and the wonderful and friendly staff paid attention to the guest’s every need.
Every restaurant or shop recommendation was spot on.
We attended a family wedding and the airlines lost 2 bags. Guido helped by steering us to the right shops to dress the family Italian style for the welcome party
