Detailed Reviews
"Cocca di Roma" was a lovely bed & breakfast to stay at, it was a clean, fresh, bright and spacious room nicely decorated with private bathroom and air-conditioning, the breakfast was a very good selection.. cornflakes, biscuits, cakes, pastries, muffins, butter, jams, milk & juices all laid out on the table for you to help yourself and of course the lovely aroma of coffee which you can smell being freshly made in the morning! a 3-4 minutes walk to the tube station was great as it only took 5 stops to get to the colosseum, a bus stop literally 1 minute walk with a few different routes one which takes you to the vatican> so it was extremely easy to get around and see all the places we wanted to go to. There are also plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants all within 2mins of the b&b.... the owner a beautiful Italian woman called Cinzia is absolutely charming and lovely, she also speaks good english,is very welcoming and will try & help you with any information you may require on how, where or places you want to see or things you want to do in Rome, she made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing. Will definately book again.

I stayed four nights here during a conference and then sightseeing. It's not in a touristy part of the city, but there are shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a good birreria. It's also a block away from the Metro and only a few stops downtown. AC and wireless worked great; it's also surprisingly quiet for a busy city. The owner is genuine, casual, funny, and helpful--she woke me up when I overslept for my flight and got me a cab, just in time. Comfortable, wide bed. Nice Continental breakfast. Lots to like and zero problems.
