The best with this place is its location in the heart of Rome, 5 minutes walk to Spanish stairs, surrounded by restaurants, bars, quality shops. But as to the comfort within the hotel - it could be missing, if you book a single room. It is so suffocating, without proper

How to get from fiumicino to hotel del corso via del corso
The easiest way is to take a taxi, pre arranged either through the hotel or on line. Make sure you get an agreed upon rate ahead of time. The hotel arranged our taxi and for three people with 6 pieces of luggage it was 50€. They cannot pull up directly in front of the hotel as it is a walking shopping district but they will get you very close. It will take you you 35 to 45 minutes depending on the traffic

The hotel does have a reception but didn’t notice operational hours. We arrived earlier than check in and they were really helpful. Seems unreasonable to charge per hour after their check in time, unless your arriving out of reception hours and they have to pay staff to come and check you in, would of thought this would a one of fee. Rome is amazing, but everything is on their terms. Have a great time 😄
