A decent room with a very reasonable price. Staffs are friendly. Room is tiny but clean. 7 minutes to the metro station. It is more convenient to take bus from here since the bus station is just outside. The location is nice especially when you compare to the room price near this hotel.

I loved this hotel. Roberto checked me in early as I was able to leave my luggage while my room was being prepared. During this time I took to short walk to the Vatican for a tour. Hotel Pacifica has the charm of old Italy with just enough updates for comfort. My room was on the 5th floor with a balcony. The view was beautiful. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was more than enough of fruit, pastries, eggs, meats, cheese, cereal juice and coffee( All self served). The room is on the smaller side but for 1 person it was perfect. The shower is small so if you are obese find another hotel. The TV is a 13in wall mount but hopefully you didn't choose to stay at this location to watch TV. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a good choice. While the room was small for 3 people, it was clean and comfortable. The location was close to a convenient metro station and easily walkable to the Vatican. Not the best area for great walkable restaurant choices but I can recommend Secondo Tradizione and Bolle Cicchetteria di Quartiere nearby. The included breakfast at the hotel was good and parking was inexpensive (10 euros/day) and convenient. No problems avoiding ZTL areas in this location and we really did not need the car to explore Rome once we arrived.

Amazing people at this hotel. Thanks Signore Antonio, Sylvia, Nik, Roberto, everybody...for making us feel at home. Room is comfortable and clean. Close to metro station and Vatican museums. At this hotel, they offer a great variety for breakfast and some nights they offer a very delicious dinner at an affordable price (19 euros/person for a buffet style meal). Thanks Signore Antonio for preparing us takeout breakfast when we had to leave early for a day trip to Pompeii. Thanks Nik for the delicious cappuccino.

Thanks to the very friendly staff team, particularly Roberto. Check in was easy and welcoming. We were immediately given a map, and advice on transport, restaurants and places to visit. We requested a room change because we found the traffic noisy, so we were moved easily and efficiently to a quieter room which was perfect. The hotel was well located only a short walk to the Metro and Vatican City. We were pleased that the hotel seemed to be in a less busy tourist location from other areas we visited in the city. It was very good value with a lovely breakfast included. All in all we really liked this hotel.

Probably the only thing about the hotel that was good was the breakfast options, location to the metro and Vatican museum site seeing area. We had an extremely small room, very poor ventilation ( for someone with allergies not ideal) and noisy at night. The maintenance employee Christian was really nice and checked in on us after fixing something in the room and cared more about it than the front desk staff. Cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful. We felt staff were selective on how to attend to people as we checked in and given no information about the area and only a map and the key to the room. We also were not offered the airport drop off service that was mentioned on the website which is another reason I chose this hotel. We ended up taking the train to airport instead. They can definitely work on some updating of the rooms and better customer experience training for the staff.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Small in size, clean, with all day reception. Friendly, helpful staff, daily cleaning of the rooms. I consider its location to be a particular advantage - near the entrance to the Vatican Museums (within 20 minutes walk), Cipro metro station - 5 minutes walk, buses 913 and 990 near the hotel. The rich buffet style breakfast was the icing on the cake. The price was equivalent to 3 star hotels in Rome. Recommended.

The room is better than the rest, the parking is cheap (10€) but is outside, without roof. The breakfast is poor and the worst is the neighborhood. The Metro and Carrefour is near. We have a problem with the roof, a water pick, they change both rooms and make a 10% off.

We were lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, thanks to the staff at the front desk who were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and our room included a huge terrace where we enjoyed our wine in the evening. The breakfast area is large but there must be a lot of rooms as well. Very good breakfast with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel. The metro( subway) is close and very easy to use as well.

It was a very nice place to stay at. The place was very clean, and the staff was so helpful with all questions, from laundry to subway. The breakfast they put out is so worth it, our room was great 627, full balcony back side away from street with Dome from St. Peter’s in background. There are many dining options available within a 10 minate walk, gas station, party store and laundry within a minute out the front door. Can’t say enough about the laundry, 10 euro, for all our clothes. Subway station is 5 minutes from hotel to get you where you need to go. Would stay again most definitely…
