Currently staying at the Rose Garden Palace hotel and it is fantastic! Fabulous place to stay while exploring Rome. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated, great size bathrooms and we also have a walk-in wardrobe in our room. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have very high quality beds, bedding and towels. The hotel also benefits from a great location, very safe…away from the crowds but close enough to walk to most places. Staff are impeccably professional and friendly. I would recommend this place with hesitation.

Little touches like free pastries in the morning and a good selection of toiletries in the bathroom are appreciated.

Hotel was located near the US Embassy, a little far from the tourist sights but in walking distance to Via Veneto. A taxt to the Colosseum was about 12 EURO or a lime scooter for around 5 Euros. The ride to the Vatican was about 15 minutes by car. The rooms were spacious, great walk in closet and clean! The breakfast served daily was very nice, good options for families with young kids ( eggs/bacon/pancakes/waffles). Plenty of traditional Italian breakfast options as well.

Room was clean and well kept. No issues at all!

One downfall was the bar was closed in the afternoon- no where in the hotel to get a coffee or bottle of water. The front desk staff was a little rude- slight judgey at the questions we asked.

Around the corner from the hotel was a great supermarket (small) but get to get some key items and several good restaurants.

This was booked from a tour it was very nice location walkable to the major sites across the street from there American embassy. I enjoy this place easy to get to from the airport. Breakfast was overwhelming they had a larger variety of foods. Because it was a tour there was a welcome dinner in the hotel, they were all prepared for us and everything we served hot neat and clean. Stayed here for two nights and then we traveled to Bologna by the bus. If you get a chance this is a nice place to stay.

This hotel is a gem in Rome...though it is of an older building, it is beautiful and calming. The front desk gentleman who checked us in the evening of May 21st was very helpful and went over and above for us to confirm our pick-up for the airport the next day. The dining room was beautiful and the food was delicious with very attentive servers. They packed us a box breakfast as our departure was very early in the morning. We wished we could have stayed there more than one night!

The Rose Garden Palace is a haven of rest. Upon arrival it was obvious that the staff cares about doing their best. The hotel not only smelled clean, but every corner of the public areas and the hotel room was spotless and fresh. Francesca was a shining star at the front desk. She went above and beyond with some assistance that I needed. The restaurant had a fantastic selection for breakfast and the restaurant was open for lunch and dinner. Keep in mind that the location is about 10-15 minutes from the tourist sites, which was perfect for me. It is in a quiet location, with the U. S. Embassy right across the street.

The hotel was just okay. As it is very old everything is very loud including just flushing the toilet. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful. The one thing that stands out as a huge missed opportunity is the lovely courtyard area that is largely ignored by staff. The bartender walked past us as we were walking out to the patio and went around the side to smoke a cigarette. My husband went to the bar and sat for about 10 mins waiting for someone to take our order. Finally got drinks and were never checked on again. There were multiple others that came in as well and were never acknowledged, even tho the bartender came out with our drinks that we had gone inside to order and never spoke to them. It’s a shame that customer service doesn't seem to be important here. With a little effort this could be a wonderful place to stay.

Just finished a three day two night stay.

Location great. 15 min walk to Spanish steps or Trevi Fountain. Very safe and nice neighbourhood with good restaurants and cafes.

Rooms are well decorated and a reasonable size. Large walk in showers in smallish bathroom.

Rooms and hotel very clean and well looked after. Staff friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was wonderful. Such quality available.

Nice outside area to take a meal or drink.

Overall, nothing to dislike. Great hotel, good four star standard but Breakfast 5 star ⭐️

Such a beautiful and comfortable hotel! Great breakfast buffet with lots of choices... we had dinner there and was awesome! Small bedroom and bath but very comfortable for a renovated old building... Such charm and close to downtown Rome.

Fine hotel, noisy due to traffic outside, limited help for such a high priced hotel...would not bring up wine glasses or wine opener, had difficulty bringing extra pillows due to limited stock, could not provide an umbrella for the rain
