In Rome, the bed and breakfast "Tre Civette sul Comò" is located just a few steps from Tiburtina Station in a strategic position to tour Rome for tourism and for those who have to come to this city for study (it is very close to the University "La Sapienza") or work. This bed and breakfast is a quality accommodation: with an extremely good value for money, everything has been cured by the innkeeper to the smallest detail.

We stayed with another couple at this great B&B in for us a great area of Rome. It's in the middle of where the locals are, and we really like that way of traveling. Within a short distance of the train and metro station, so you are minutes away from the sights of Rome. What really makes this B&B for us is Andrea, and ofcourse not to mention his wife(sorry forgot your name!!) and the two girls who keep our rooms tidy and clean. We really wanted to bring Andrea back home with us, there is a lot of passion in the way he runs the B&B.

I just want to start this review by saying when you wake up every morning to smiles and positive energy from the staff, your day is all ready off to a good start. That is how it was at Tre Civette Sul Como. Andrea and his staff were so very kind and accomodating it almost did not seem real. Finding people who do their job so very well is not always easy. The atmosphere was as nice as the people. The rooms were Modern, clean and peaceful with everything you could possible want. . You almost felt like you were at home. Bravo to them and I look forward to returning... Bill Goodson

This was our first time in Rome so basically a very good part of the trip was the conditions and the position of the place we would stay. We were recommended this BnB, and it was even better than what we thought :) The room was spectacular, very clean , a beautiful design and functional. Andrea as an architect himself, had thought of all the details :) . We had a delicious breakfast inside included, but also the chance to take your cappuccino outside at the bar downstairs, with a coupon. The building is very close to the metro, which was a big plus to us. These were technical details , the best part is the staff. Andrea assisted us the first day with essential info on how to get around in Rome and the places to visit. He patiently answered to all of our questions on this and that, and his map was our bible for the entire week :P. So to resume the place is so warm and Andrea & Caterina are so welcoming that we felt at home! Couldn't ask for more really! Thank you for everything! See you soon hopefully!…

Hi! First of all, i wanna say BIG THANKS to Katerina and Andrea for a very worm reception in this sweet place. If you are at Rome, seems to me, you should have a very comfortable place for living where you can be able completely recover your energy after long walkings . This place is a very good for that. Also, i was infected with so stylish modern design. In my cost of accommodation i had a room with a combine toilet and shower, a very soft bed and (what i liked the most) it was separate a way to stanza with a great view. Also i can use a kitchen with a stone and refrigerator. Another great advantages of that place - it's a very convenient location in 5 minutes to railway station TIBURTINA by foot. By the way, it's also a name of subway station too and it's just a several station to the centre of Rome. So, in conclusion, if you are traveling through out Europe and planning visiting Rome, i recommend you to stay at this place "Bed and Breakfast Tre Civette Sul Como". In this case, your staying in that ancient city will be unforgettable!!!…

The apartment is nicely furnished and is close to the Tiburtina train station for easy access to the airport and the Metro for the tourist sites. One of the outstanding things about the B&B is the people. Caterina spent time with us on arrival explaining how to get around the city and gave some very good recommendations for restuarants both locally and n the tourist areas. They also contacted us during our stay to check that everything was OK.

Fantastic B&B!!! Very well connected to Rome's centre and to the Fiumicino Airport (just a few steps away from Tiburtina's train station). The rooms are cozy, extremely clean, with light and beautifully decorated. The best thing of Tre Civette Sul Como the people: amazing, welcoming and warm hosts (you cannot ask for more). If I were to go to Rome again, I would definitely stay with you guys. Complimenti per il bellissimo B&B. Andrea e Caterina, grazie mille per la fantastica accoglienza.

We stayed at Tre Civette Sul Como for a long week-end. Andrea welcomed us in such a nice way and arranged everything with kindness and flexibility for our 7 persons group. The rooms are extremely clean, light, spacious and well decorated. The location is outside the city center, but with very good connections to Fiumicino airport (direct train) and touristic places (metro). And it allowed us to feel a bit of the Roman life (Pizzeria Mario is a must!). Some of the rooms can be a bit noisy with the road and trains nearby if you are noise-sensitive, but it worked very well for us with ear plugs and it does not impact our overall view on the B&B! Many thanks to Andrea and the girls who help him!

Tre Civette Sul Como was our home for six wonderfull days in Rome. A little bit outside the city centre, but very good connexions with Fiumicino Airport and the city. Very nice rooms and Andrea is the best host you could imagine. As there is so much to see in Rome, we hope to come back soon. Tre Civette will be our first choice. Thanks Andrea and Giorgia.

We stayed in this B&B for 4 days and upon arrival, were warmly welcomed by Giorgia and Andrea. Andrea took his time to show us some must-see and must-do things on the map and gave us good tips on restaurants, ice cream bars (Grom was a big hit), etc. It was my birthday during our stay and in the morning I was congratulated and told they had a surprise at the bar where you can take breakfast: we got some yummie cakes with a candle on it, so definitely made me feel special. The B&b itself is modern and airy with a private terrace: Tiburtina train and metro station are just a walk away and there's some shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Andrea trusts you with the keys so you're absolutely free to come and go whenever you like. If we were to go to Rome again, we would definitely stay with Andrea & co again! Thanks A & G!…
