The hotel is brand new, so lobby, restaurant and guest rooms look fresh and have modern beautiful design. The price is also extremely good as the hotel is located near Roma Termini station and it's only 20 minutes walk to main attractions. Service was excellent! We arrived after 2AM and were allowed to have late breakfast the next day, which was brought to our room for a small fee.
There's also a subway station around the corner, but during our visit in September 2021 it was closed for maintenance. Only caution worth mentioning is that the Termini station front gets seedy after it gets dark outside and if you use Google maps coming from old town, then it will direct you through this area. So we just used alternative streets to reach the hotel after our first encounter. But this is just a minor nuicance and not something the hotel can really do anything about.
Honestly i don't think one can find a better price to quality ratio at the moment that is outside ZTL so you don't have to worry about getting fined with your rental car, yet so reachable to all main attractions on foot and has so brand new and comfortable rooms.

The hotel opened its doors in 2021: we feel that everything is new (which is nice). The building in which it is installed is of no interest or charm from an architectural point of view. The location may seem a little out of the way from a tourist point of view (it adjoins the Central National Library and the University which does not interest the tourist, a priori), but the Termini station is less than a quarter of an hour away. walk. And in half an hour, if you know the city a little, you are in Piazza Navona. The standard room is cramped: if you are a couple and have two airplane suitcases you can forgo opening them at the same time (and it will be on the floor because there isn't even a stool to place one on...). The air conditioning is effective, but it is better to put it in "moon" mode to reduce the noise of the fan. Functional shower room (the cabin does not leak a trickle of water onto the floor and this is not always the case, even in other **** establishments). Important detail for me: we give out a new bar of soap every day. Very good soundproofing. A clarification on the breakfast, too often denigrated on this site: it is completely correct, including the scrambled eggs. Very wide choice of excellent pastries. And it is wrong to say that there are only paper cups: there are two sizes of white earthenware cup. A significant detail: if you have a plane back at the end of the day and you want to keep the room (for example, to take a last shower before leaving), you can "negotiate" with the desk who will charge you ten euros per additional hour after noon (fair rate, I think);

The hotel is a modern, minimalistic and stylishly designed ideal stay for a city trip. Upon arrival, it was immediately noticeable that the hotel has a fresh and clean appearance.

The room was fairly compact but equipped with all the necessities for a good stay (air conditioning, WiFi, refrigerator, kettle, safe, storage space, etc.) including a comfortable bed and extensive bathroom.
The shower in the bathroom did occasionally fluctuate with hot and cold water, but this only happened at times when other guests would most likely be using the bathroom as well.

Just a short 10-minute walk from Termini Roma in a quiet neighborhood just outside the tourist hot-zone and with a metro station on the corner, this hotel is a perfect base for a city trip.

The staff was friendly and amicable, which made the contact very pleasant. They are willing to help with any question, give tips where to go and where to eat and help you make reservations. One of the desk clerks helped us with a fantastic tip for a restaurant that we greatly enjoyed, excellent service!

I stayed here recently for afew nights as part of a tour. Although the hotel was clean and comfortable, I found service below par. The drinks making facility in the room provided 1 sachet of normal instant coffee and 1 sachet of decaff in double room! (but 4 lots of tea ?)

My request for extra normal coffee was met with surprise.

At breakfast one element of the toaster was broken, but this was not pointed out and I only discovered it when my toast was uncooked on one side and burnt on the other.

On my first evening, the bar service was slow, and the bar-tender seemed to be a trainee. He had to look up each price, and then wrote down all transactions on paper. On subsequent night it was speedier, but I had to request a glass for my beer. It is 60 years since I last drank from a bottle!

Nice hotel but don't trust their laundry service. I counted on it only to hand in my dirty laundry day 1 and got same dirty laundry back night 2 when I could do nothing about it. What's even worse is that I got a song and dance about getting it until they discovered it sitting in a back room!

We stayed at this hotel as part of a group trip and of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Italy this was the nicest. The metro is just outside the hotel, making it a quick ride to tourist attractions. I don't think you could have conveniently walked to anything of interest. There were not pretty views of anything from the hotel - our room looked out to brick buildings. I also didn't find a wide selection of places to eat on the block. But it was clean, seemed to be pretty new or at least well kept. The bed was small and hard.

There were a lot of options at the breakfast buffet - I didn't love the food but could find at least some things to eat. The hotel staff were not friendly but I found that to be typical. I don't really have anything in Rome to compare this to, but overall it was fine.

We were booked here through our travel agency as part of a 10 day Italy trip through three cities, with Rome as the last leg of the trip. Our travel agency was terrible and actually cancelled our reservation here two days prior to our arrival without informing us or re-booking us at another hotel!!! We arrived on a Friday of a holiday weekend to find we had no reservation. We spent hours on the phone with the travel agency to no avail. We even called the airline to see if we could book a flight home! Thank goodness for the hotel staff who witnessed what this agency did to us. Phillipe at the front desk even got on the phone with our agent and told him that the hotel would take care of us and we could deal with the agency later!!!! Phillipe not only offered us the same rate as we paid the agency (it was quite a bit higher last minute) and even upgraded our room for free as there were no other rooms available. We cannot thank him and the hotel enough for their kindness and going out of their way to help us. The hotel was also located right by the Metro and a few blocks from the train stations, bus station, and many great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious with everything we needed. Can't say enough about how lucky we were to have been treated so wonderfully in a real urgent situation. Thank you again, Phillipe!!!!

Comfortable hotel, the standard rooms are pleasant recent equipment welcome in French I would have rated very well without this big problem which makes the nights uncomfortable, in the corridor as in the rooms it is an oven in the evening when you return from your day as well that at night the temperatures are around 26°
(supporting photo of the room thermostat and my travel alarm) the cause the building surely we had outside temperatures of 12 to 15°, after information from reception on two occasions same answer the air conditioning is a the stop, and we even tell you that we know that in the rooms there are high temperatures!!!! abnormal and aberrant situation for a hotel of this makes ventilation is possible but on the street side limited because of the noise the hotel overlooks an important intersection.
Here you are, what can await you if you stay in this hotel in winter if you sleep in a room at a recommended and desirable temperature

Stayed here with a tour. Pretty good hotel. Location is a tiny bit far from the tourist attractions in terms of walking distance but is very accessible by transit as it is right next to the train station. Everything in hotel worked well, fantastic breakfast, A/C was good, toiletries were great, no complaints. Not sure what the price was as I stayed with a tour.

Excellent structure quite close to Termini station, completely new or renovated, you can already see the quality of the structure from the outside. Upon entering there is still an excellent welcome and a quick check-in service. The room is spacious and also the proportionate bathroom, I found the bed was really very comfortable, one of the best nights in recent months, given that I travel really often. Excellent Wi-Fi, excellent air conditioning and soundproofing of the room. The only note is maybe a few more towels in the bathroom and in any case of better quality. breakfast is normal, I would have expected a little more, considering the structure and the price paid (more than 300 euros).
I definitely recommend trying this structure, however you can reach the Termini station in less than 10 minutes on foot.
