Rude Reception Staff. Not great for late arrivals. Extremely far away from tourist spots. Very outdated. Floor 1 might have been refurbished but the rest needs renovating. Find another place closer to the City.

Hotel is very clean however tired looking. The food is lovely plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. The staff are very helpfull. Short distance from city centre, bus/tube tickets can be purchased from reception. WiFi through out hotel which is fantastic.
