Adele Emme B&B (CIR 8657) Location: Trieste district (between Nomentana-Salaria-Parioli) surrounded by historical parks: Villa Borghese (1 mile), Villa Ada (600 meters), and Villa Torlonia (1 mile). At a walking distance (300 meters) from us, the small, surprising area, "Coppedé," is Rome's most extravagant and mysterious hidden gem. Transports: three buses at the same block of b&b: one for Termini Station and the other one (they have almost the same route) will lead you to the downtown: Spanish Steps (walking distance less than three miles from us), Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Venezia Square, Piazza Navona) until Trastevere and Tiber Island. You can reach Colosseum (4,3 miles) and Vatican Museum (5,3 miles) with one tram 400 meters from b&b. The safe and residential neighbourhood is home to embassies, an open market, medical offices, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, bars, supermarkets, elegant shopping, banks, and chemistry. The Palace of 1927, embraced by a luxurious garden with two comfortable benches, is fenced and guarded. We have a dining room for breakfast and relaxation (equipped with a coffee machine, teapot, fridge, toaster, books, and maps) where you can meet other guests and share your Roman experience. Amenities: free wifi, AC, baggage luggage, and daily cleaning. Rooms: each one with a flower, a king-size bed, its bathroom inside, tv, ceiling fans, wardrobe, hair drier, and toiletries. It is possible to add single beds in the rooms. Adele and her behaved golden retriever Uendj live here on separate sides and have some areas in common. They will be at your disposal 24/24 for any need, request, maps of Rome, a bus guide, suggestions about restaurants and places to see and visit, pick-up service information, and whatever you need. We look forward to hearing from you. Welcome home! :-)

We have stayed with Adele twice during our two visits in Rome in September 2019 and May 2023. We couldn’t recommend the place enough. Adele is a lovely warm and caring host. She is very helpful and advises on places to visit and to eat at. We adore Uendj, her gorgeous golden retriever who is very welcoming too😊. It is a really beautiful and very clean place. It has a very convenient public transport (buses and trams) to the most desirable places in Rome and to the city centre with a bus stop into town almost at the gate and tram stops within a short walking distance. There is also a direct bus to Termini station. Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed 😊. It had air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage room. There is a lovely landscape garden surrounding the property. Breakfasts are very tasty and coffee is amazing. All roads lead to Rome … and to Adele 😊. We will definitely come back.

Adele is amazing, she helped us get everywhere and gave us lots of recommendations to do in our time in Rome. The B&B is cozy and well maintained and very well located. The combination of a nice place with a very nice host makes this place amazing and worthy of recommend to anyone who wants to go to Rome and feel at home.

Adele was a super host during our 4 nights stay for the Ryder Cup, taking great care of us (restaurant reservations, visits recommendations, ...), rooms were super clean, breakfast was good and the location in a quiet area, 50m to the bus line bringing you to the city centre.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adele’s bed and breakfast. We originally chose the location based on its proximity to the house of some friends we were visiting but it turned out to be a very convenient location also for exploring Rome. Adele went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including boiling eggs for our toddler who is in a phase of only eating eggs! Our child also loved cuddling Uendj the dog, who was very friendly and patient.

A stay with Adele is always a pleasure! We have returned here multiple times over the last 15 years. The B&B is situated in a gorgeous period building with a lovely courtyard in one of Rome’s most beautiful residential areas. It is easily accessible to the historic center by bus or taxi. If you are up for walking to the center it’s a lovely route along a main street full of shopping, cafe’s, bars etc. where you can absorb the local lifestyle, a very different vibe than the full blown tourist experience that is Rome, and a welcome relief. The rooms are impeccably clean, as is the whole property, the beds have comfortable mattresses and each room is spacious with its own private bathroom. The communal kitchen is well stocked with coffee, tea and breakfast items. If you don't want to eat breakfast in the B&B there is a plethora of bars right out the door where you can grab a coffee and cornetto or whatever you desire. Adele is a fantastic host, friendly and helpful, she takes good care of her guests along with Wendy the Golden Retriever who has been Adele’s faithful companion for many years. She lives in the other half of the house without being invasive and is easily available if you need her. You will not be disappointed staying here.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying with Adele Emme for 10 days from April 27th to May 7th, 2023. We had originally booked with Adele in 2020, and we all know how that year turned out. We are so glad we picked up our postponed trip to Italy by staying with Adele! She arranged a pick up for us at the airport, which really facilitated our arrival in a beautiful neighborhood in Rome, located just outside the busy tourist areas. We were warmly greeted by Adele and her golden retriever Wendy. Our room was spacious, clean and bright! Adele had a map for us and a sheet with information on bus and tram routes! She shared helpful suggestions and tips, and is a one woman tourist office for the city of Rome. There were a variety of offerings for breakfast, that more than satisfied! She checked in with us to see how things were going and whether we needed anything. As it was, my wife had some medical issues and without prompting, Adele facilitated testing at a clinic and follow-up with a doctor. This helped us a great deal with not only resolving the issue, but also in reducing stress and worry. For us this was above and beyond what you would expect and we are very grateful for Adele's help and assistance. We highly recommend Adele Emme B&B if you are visiting Rome!

Adele and her Golden Retriever Wendy are such a wonderful hosts!! Every little thing in the apartement is made with love and passion. The rooms are spacious and everything is spotlessly clean. The apartement is well located in a very local but well connected area. Buses are running frequently and the 40min walk takes you through the Villa Borghese, passing Villa Medici and the spanish steps down to the historic center of rome. Adeles BnB is the perfect place to stay in Rome. I couldn‘t imagine any better.

This was our second visit to the Adele Emme B and B and I would recommend staying here when in Rome. The location is convenient to busses and the tram, as well as great restaurants with a local atmosphere. Local bakeries, grocery and a farmers’ market all within a short walk. Great gelato place almost next door. Adele does an excellent job keeping the rooms neat and spotlessly clean. Wi-fi connection is very good. All rooms have an ensuite bath. Beautiful landscaped gardens in a well kept courtyard area. We stayed 3 nights, along with our daughter and her husband and our two granddaughters, so we used all 3 rooms. A continental style breakfast was available each morning, with fresh baked goods from the local bakeries. A small kitchen area with an espresso machine offers additional convenience. The real reason to stay here is Adele and her dog Uendj. Adele provides concierge level services. She arranged our transportation from the airport, as well as our ride to the cruise port. She would call for taxi's and make every effort to accommodate our needs. Adele provides excellent service and made our time in Rome memorable.

We stayed with Adele for four days while on vacation in Rome and it was wonderful. Adele gave us tips on getting around, where to eat and what to see. We loved her little B&B, and we loved to pet her lovely doglady Uendj day and night. The rooms are clean and cozy, it was never too hot in the rooms although it was like 32 degrees outside. There is also a lovely front yard with benches that looks like a jungle. The area is not too touristy so it is calmer but there are both buses and trams to get to the city center. There is plenty of great restaurants in the area where mostly Italians go, and the food is great. Thanks a lot for your hospitality, Adele! Alzbeta

Dear Alzbeta, A wonderful experience for me too. Excellent and perfect organizers of the Roman holiday; it was nice to see you during the day and talk to you, and welcome you. I am glad you enjoyed my little b & b, your room, and all I could offer you. Thank you for sharing your experience in this elegant corner of Rome and the lovely time and words you have offered to me and my "puppy" :-) Greetings and smiles to both of you, Adele & Uendj
