We booked another hotel for this trip, but this was canceled because of low occupancy caused by Covid-19.
So we stayed in this hotel that is actually run by the same people as the canceled one. The location is perfect, near the Spanish steps, Piaza del Popolo and the Metro station. The staff is very friendly and the room and bathroom were spacious, big enough for 2 persons. Air-conditioning in room and we had also a small balcony that looks into the courtyard. Breakfast was included and I think it's normally in a buffet style but due to the Cold-19 it was served on your table. From the outside it doesn't look like a hotel, you just have a great wooden door with an electronic lock that leads you into a courtyard with excess to an elevator that takes you up to your rooms.

Whether you are a fashionista, foodie, hipster or art aficionado - this hotel is perfectly located. You could plan your trip on the back of a napkin over breakfast and still stumble past the best the city has to offer from this location. We walked to the Spanish Steps (2 mins), Pantheon (10-15), Piazza Navona (15 mins), St Peters (25 mins). It's possible to walk all of Rome if you are into it - and I recommend it - but a few metro trips here and there will extend the time you have or at least rest your feet from walking on the cobblestones. The Spagna metro station is a 2 minute walk from the hotel (past some of the best fashion labels on the planet!) The only problem with walking is that your trip is invariably an hour longer than you expected because you stop in at least 5 shops even if you promise not to go in a single one! Ok, so back to the hotel. Book the breakfast. It's lovely and the ladies who look after you are too! The room I stayed in had a king size bed and overlooked the Corso (which is basically a pedestrian street so don't worry about noise). It was a lovely, spacious room with a good bathroom. If you have a pretty clear list of the things you want out of your accommodation, this place really delivers and is also authentic Italian-style accommodation.

I truly enjoyed my stay, the two rooms I booked were lovely and spacious. The breakfast buffet was a plus and the staff will make you cappuccino to start your day. The location of the hotel in the heart of the shopping district but you had the ability to walk to all the major sites, as well as less than 3 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station.
I highly recommend this hotel my family and I had a lovely stay here!

We stayed there for 3 nights. First , instructions emails sent from management to access the room/building ended up in my spam folder so check it before you call them. You will need at least 3 codes to get in .
Room was very clean and very nice, not too big but well equipped . We were just very disappointed because no windows !!!! only a little terrace within an inner courtyard.
I like bright places so would not rebook for this reason.

Me and my husband booked for Mozart Hotel - basically because of the good location and good value of money - but when we were checking in, they changed us to Vivaldi Luxury Rooms.
You just walk a few meters away from Mozart Hotel and you reach a big old door protected by a security code. Inside, the building is old and has no elevator. But you climb a few stairs and you reach Vivaldi Luxury Rooms - also protected by another security code (it looks like you're entering an apartment).
Well, I couldn't be happier. The rooms are fantastic.
They're big, comfortable, quiet and clean. Also, the bathroom has a jacuzzi.
Breakfast is very complete with a lot of variety to choose from. Even although the lady who was serving in the breakfast area didn't speak much english, she was extremely nice and did her best to understand us and communicate with us.
I highly recommend Vivaldi Luxury Rooms.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five nights from July 30 for leisure and we glad to say that we absolutely enjoyed our stay there. As a frequent business traveler, we were both concerned about not to book our stay with a big chain hotel this time but instead go for a small locally run boutique hotel. However, upon our arrival, we knew we made the right choice immediately. The hotel is perfectly centrally located near most of the attractions, our hotel room is at top floor, courtyard facing (no view but quiet), in good size with modern bathroom, and one thing worth mentioning is the ceiling of our room is all beautifully hand painted. The building itself is old but full of charm, from the heavy wooden door to the marble stairs, everything keep reminds us that we are in Rome, and staying here is probably one of the best way to experience the city. We enjoy having breakfast in their breakfast room every morning, they serve wide variety of breakfast items every morning which just way better than any continental breakfast one could get in North America, not to mention freshly brewed espresso is served nicely in porcelain cup to your table. The breakfast is certainly another highlight for our stay.
The check in of the hotel is at the close by hotel Mozart, which has a very romantic rooftop bar especially nice to have a drink in the evening. The hotel doesn't have much amenities but it's not a big issue to us, because even they did, we won't have time to enjoy them since the city offers so much to see.
All in all, we are satisfied with its location, room, breakfast and the rate we paid, will definitely return if traveled Rome again.

We stayed at the vivaldi luxury rooms for 4 nights and we were a party of 6. After coming off from an 11 day cruise, we had a lot of luggages!!! Fortunately we had a very helpful Filippino porter who helped us out even though we couldn't check into our rooms yet. Bless his dear heart :)
The hotel was really very very convenient with shops, sights and restaurants within a hop, skip and jump. I must commend the hotel manager though for being flexible and attentive to our requests. My two sisters in law had the smallest room and their room costs more because of a later booking. However upon check out, we asked the manager to try his best to bring the cost down to what we originally paid and this he did and more. (I apologise for not remembering your name :()) Thank you so much for being accomodating and for this, you have left a deep impression on us and you can be sure, we will be back to stay the next time we are in Rome again.

I traveled to Rome with my family. We were a party of 8. We arrived early morning and couldn't check in until 2:00, but as promised our luggage was waiting for us in our rooms once we were able to check in. We checked in at the Mozart, the main hotel, which is on Via dei Greco, but our rooms were actually at Vivaldi which was literally just around the corner on Via del Corso. The building was very secure. There was no signage indicating it was the Vivaldi. Instead it looked like the entrance to someone's home or apartment. We had to get through the main door and the door to our floor, both with codes, and then into our rooms with a key card. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were decently sized and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were up to date and very clean. Housekeeping was awesome and not only did our rooms always smell great, but the entire floor smelled great! Breakfast was included daily during our stay and included home baked sweets, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, quiche, hard boiled eggs, slices of ham and cheese, cheese spreads, croissants/bread, juices, milk and coffee. I liked that it wasn't a big heavy breakfast. It was just enough to fuel us for our heavy walking to see the sights without weighing us down. Although it was a small self-serve buffet, the wait staff was still very attentive and made sure the buffet area was stocked and brought us our specialty coffee promptly.

The Mozart has a nice rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. We spent evenings there sipping wine and snacking on cheese/salami plates.

The location was perfect. Lots of shopping right outside the door. There is a grocery store around the corner. There are lots of eateries nearby and a bakery and gelateria two doors down! We were closest to the Spanish steps and also to Piazza de Poppolo, but we were able to find our way easily to all the other sights. We walked everywhere! It took 20 minutes to get to Vatican City, but we were able to window shop along the way.

I would definitely recommend the Vivaldi and would stay there again. Kudos to the housekeeping and wait staff! The only negative experience we had was during our check-out when the desk attendant made some negative remarks after becoming frustrated when we asked the bill be split between our three parties, and then each party paid partially with their left over Euros and then a credit card. Bless him, he was frustrated and confused but figured it all out.

In general very happy. The room was clean and made up every day. The breakfast was very good as well. My problem was that the heat did not work in the room and when I asked the front desk they said that the units had not been switched over yet. Also, the internet was very weak and would drop on a regular basis. They hotel has an external elevator so when it rains you get soaked.
