Surrounded by beautiful, lush greenery, the hotel has a quiet, peaceful location in the elegant residential neighborhood of Casalpalocco, just 20 minutes from Rome. The hotel is in a convenient location, with great access to the region's major road network. The great road access and free parking for guests makes the hotel a great base for visiting the city or for exploring Rome and the surrounding area. Rome's Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport is just 19.3 km away and the beach is just 4.8 km away and can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. There is a public bus stop just 100 m from the hotel and buses run regularly to the beach and to the city. The bus will take you to the beach in just 30 minutes, or the bus can take you directly to Rome's fast, efficient Metro system.

This hotel is situated in a very good position if you want to visit Rome and spend some time on the beach. Rooms are very clean airconditioned, but the breakfast contains only sweets, croissants and toats. So this was a little dissapointment. Anyway the stuff is very informed gives you advice where to park your car if you want to visit Rome and not to be nervous about the traffic. Also they advice you where is a good place to spend some time on the beach. A big recommendation!

This property is a good choice, maybe the location is not too accessible with public transportation but is not complicated, the rooms are clean and very good size in relation with other hotels that are so small, AC, and a good rate, breakfast is included a typical colazione romana, capuccino, bakery, yogurth, juice, enough to start in the morning, staff is nice and there is a restaurant downstairs with nice pizzas, the internet connections is spoty but it works.

We stayed here to be close to the airport. OK, so it's not exactly close, but it was an easy drive. The receptionist Olga could not have been nicer. So friendly and a wonderful smile. She helped us find a convenient metro stop for our trip into the city. The hotel décor was strange for me -- felt old. But the room was comfortable and we were very pleased. Simple continental breakfast but good coffee. We enjoyed the short stay and would stay there again.

I had such a lovely stay here. It was some way out of the city, and our purpose of visit was as tourists, but it had been booked as a gift at a very busy time for the city, so we couldn't complain. Although the decor is somewhat dated, it felt like home as until recently, the hotel I work in in Manchester has had a similar theme, and in any case, the decor has nothing to do with comfort or the overall impression of the property. The petite lady on reception was fantastic, and gave us lots of information. She recommended a guy from round the corner who wisks guests into the city cheaper than getting a taxi, so we used him the day we needed to be at the Vatican museum for a set time, and again to get us to the airport when leaving. It's not as difficult as it could be to reach the city. We didn't have a car, but a short walk to a bus stop, a bus ride and then a metro ride gets you there in about 40 minutes. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only let down was perhaps breakfast. There were plenty sweet treats, cakes, pastries, biscuits and the like, but nothing savoury, not even toast. Overall, a very pleasant stay, considering we hadn't paid for it, and as the city was selling at four or five times the price, it was good value for money.

The reviews and website indicate it's close to FCO airport. This is entirely false. It's 35km away (50€ taxi ride one way). Restaurant below has loud music late into the night. We were told repeatedly that "it would be over very soon". We need to get sleep for an early flight. I'm a younger, easy going guy so it takes a lot to upset me but I want to write it to warn others. I wish I would have paid more for a hotel that had an honest description. Please note: the gentleman at the front is nice and the rooms are clean and neat. I'd love to be able to give this a better review but I can't.
