Very quirky hotel, only 18 rooms which is nice. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Rooms were decent, comfortable bed indeed. We had a room facing the Main Street. Very noisy but good double glazing to an extent. Rooms are very warm but no air con available in winter so you have to open the doors to the main road.
Bathroom very small and needs updating. Old grouting and very small shower.
Safe available and fridge in room.
Breakfast was basic continental, not a huge choice and on the roof terrace which is very hot when the suns out.
Hotel upstairs needs updating and modernising a bit but ok for a room for the night.

If you are looking for a city center hotel at a fair price, this should be your choice. The warm and friendly welcoming started right after the reservations. Extra thanks to Michele who was super supportive from the 1st minute til the last one. The hotel is clean and super convenient given the price tag. They are holding Covid measures without making the atmosphere unpleasant and "sterilised". All staff was friendly and they will do their best to make feel like at home. 100% recommended.

We were a group of 21 students staying at Hotel Airone in February 2020. Although the location was great and rooms were clean, the staff was very rude. They complained when we stayed in the lobby to discuss about our day, they complained if you slightly moved the chair, they had a deposit of 50 euros for each room, they charge you a lot for a meeting room (and there are always certain payments that pop up in the end of the stay which they never mention before) which is not a meeting room but rather just a lobby where they put chairs and you can hear all the people passing by the reception when you are holding a meeting. This hotel seems to be very profit driven and has forgotten how to treat guest in the hospitality business. It is such a shame as it has so much more potential. Definitely do not recommend!

The Airone Hotel is a great way to have a central sleeping place in Naples. The rooms are small but air conditioned (which is the most important thing in summer) and have a nice balcony facing a busy main road. The proximity to the port and the Spanish quarter with the via Toledo make the hotel the perfect starting point for exploring Naples. The staff is the real highlight of the hotel, courteous, always friendly and with the typical Italian serenity. Breakfast is the only criticism as it is very economical. However, since you can find dozens of delicious cafes and restaurants with reasonable prices just around the corner, there are plenty of alternatives. Especially Micheele who supervised the reception during our stay will be remembered positively as he informed us both with great excursion destinations and with good information about local customs.

I stayed at Hotel Airone with my family last February and then returned in June. L 'Hotel is in the historic center and the location is great. The rooms are a bit small but clean. The breakfast was good. The staff is welcoming, especially Mr. Fabio, who is empathetic and professional person, made us feel at home, solving everything and well directing us on roads to go and restaurants. It is also for Fabio that we returned in June for two more nights. We highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel and a great location! Very clean and nicely designed. Next to metro station university, close to sea side and old town. Friendly service and breakfast with good coffee, pastries and fresh fruit is served on the top of the roof! Would definitely recommend it!

We were in Naples last week for pleasure and like every year our obligatory stop is the Airone hotel. Delightful place a few steps from the centre, Spaccanapoli, the metro and all the important destinations to visit. The staff is delightful as soon as you enter you can feel kindness, courtesy and great helpfulness. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. The owners and the staff are very helpful and polite. In short, the Airone hotel is the ideal place for a holiday in Naples, it practically feels like feeling at home.
