This was one of the high points of our trip. The hotel was easy walking distance from the older parts of town with many good restaurants and lots of interesting shopping . The security of the hotel was great, and they had someone manning the front desk from early morning into the late evening. It also has a small elevator, which was really needed when you're staying on an upper floor. The room itself was wonderful. It had everything we needed, including a hot pot for making tea (we brought our own instant coffee and used the hot pot to boil water). The shower was spacious and they provided maid service daily. There is a safe in the room for valuables. The morning breakfast was sumptuous, with a nice terrace overlooking a square, and the only thing I might recommend is starting it slightly earlier than the current 8:00 AM starting time - because so many of the area tours start at that time. The staff couldn.t have been more accommodating, setting up transportation for us and making some marvelous recommendations about area restaurants. We did have an issue with the shower head in our bathroom, but we told front desk and they had it fixed by the time we returned to the hotel that evening. We would highly recommend this small boutique hotel to anyone staying in central Naples. If we get back there, we will definitely be staying there again.

I loved this place! You get great service (they lent me a charger for my phone when mine did not work). The staff here really do want to show you Neapolitan heart and give really good honest recommendations for Food. The location is good, and easy to walk to the Centre. I even got a view of Mount Vesuvius and the breakfast was lovely.

I went to Naples with my daughter to celebrate end of exams in June. We decided to stay at the Fly Boutique Hotels based on the reviews and location, and we were not disappointed! The Hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, and it is in a great location. The continental breakfast is fresh, with a good variety of fruit, pastries, and sandwiches to choose from. For me where the Hotel excels is it's staff, they were very helpful and attentive, so I cannot write this review without a special thank you to Jovanni, who greeted us on arrival, and gave us some very good advice on where to visit, and how to navigate around Naples, Emily who also works the Reception, and was also very helpful in making sure that our stay was a comfortable as possible, and Emanuela who worked in the Restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for her, we were always greeted with a friendly smile at breakfast, and she made sure that we always had everything we needed. All in all, this is a highly recommended hotel, if you are looking for a small clean Boutique hotel, in a good location, clean but no frills standard rooms, good continental breakfast, and with excellent staff.

One night stay just before a very early morning flight. Wonderful, pleasant and very helpful staff. Pointed me in the right direction to get my pre-check in Rapido COVID test. He tried to call to set it up but lines were busy. The evening Receptionist set up my very early morning taxi who arrived right on time. My room was small and the bathroom was tiny but it was clean and just plenty fine for what I needed for the night. The walls are very thin and the crying baby was no fun for me and I'm pretty sure for the baby's parents either. AC worked well. Plenty of hot water. Good WiFi. The price was more than just right and they even comp'd me as I missed out on breakfast. Really, who does that these days? Definitely right heart and right spirit. Location: Close to the train station and to anywhere you needed to go. I felt pretty safe walking around late in the evening. Very well recommended. Customer service at its finest.

Very helpful & friendly staff with reception open 24/7. The hotel is not in a particularly pleasant location, it must be said (on the tip of the Mercato Piazza which is currently being rebuilt etc) but safe and very handy for the Historic Naples and The Old Town, which is walkable and so does make up for this, IMO. Also, the area is not noisy at night but do watch out for the crazy Naples traffic, during ther day, which seems to be a law unto itself. A nice and varied Continental breakfast, on the fifth floor, with an adjacent rooftop terrace. Room good enough for budget-priced with a clean adequate bathroom. Large TV (Italian channels only). Fridge. Tea/kettle etc but the hotel tends to be a bit sparing re replacements. Overall, I'd recommend for the price.

We only stayed one night en route from Ischia to Naples Airport (flight the next day - early). Location is handy for the train but Giovanni got a taxi for us quickly and saved us all the hassle. He was working on his own and did everything from checking us in, recommending a place to eat, and serving our breakfast first thing in the morning! Best service ever! Everything was spotlessly clean as well. Will definitely return for a longer stay. Thank you.

Small adequate hotel With good breakfast but in a very tough neighborhood. Room was small but ok, very thin walls. Our next door neighbour tried our door which freaked us out. Lift tiny, no hand rails on the stairs. Breakfast and Terrance in 55) floor. Lift stops at 4th floor. Reception tiny only a meeting place

Great place for a good price. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. OK continental breakfast, where you could also get a cup of coffee made to order. Service minded and friendly staff. The area is quiet, but it is not far from the city centre.

Great location just below the Centro Storico, and within easy walking distance of the circumvesuvio train and the main station. Fantastic customer service from the three girls who seem to run the place (!) - super helpful and efficient. Breakfast on the terrace is a real treat.

Very welcoming n friendly receptionists. The area surrounding area is very Naples but near the centre n the train station. Quick check in, the hotel room was very clean with a little balcony. Best of all was the roof top terrace with a great view.

We have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel
the total cost for two people is € 20.00
to use the service you must
notify the hotel of your flight number and origin.
Hi there- the area around the hotel is quite safe although it’s view is not so good. Anyhow my advice is to get to the hotel from the side of the marina and not from side of the center
There are more places to choose from in the Naples area.
