Detailed Reviews
Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The little pool is very welcome after sightseeing in the heat. The room I had was pleasant and near the courtyard, although my friend's single room contained a bed that was comically small! But it was clean and the breakfasts were fine, if not munificent.
The staff were helpful and there is a very good little cafe almost next door, which is great for salad bowl lunches or late night drinks.
The one thing I must mention is that the website offers airport shuttle. When I landed, I looked for the shuttle bus, but there was nothing. I rang the hotel and they said I must order it at least 24 hours in advance. So I took a taxi in. Around 30 euro. My friend, arriving separately, also took a taxi for a similar fare. We made sure to order the return to the airport via the shuttle in good time. But when we arrived the driver told us, rather aggressively, that we must pay, not the hotel. He charged 40 euro. I think they should remove that from the website.
Overall, though, I would return, mainly because of the central location and the pool.

Naples is an interesting city to visit with lots of great sites and a good base to go to Herculaneum, but it is so dirty, the streets are uncared for with litter everywhere and the taxis constantly overcharge. So after a days' sight-seeing you need a place to relax in quiet and calm and you could not do better than this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, there is a truly excellent breakfast with a great choice of food including scrambled eggs and bacon, fruit, croissant, etc, etc., and a lovely pool with sunny and shady areas and comfortable loungers. A lot of the rooms are upstairs, or are duplex apartments, which are truly lovely, but check if you have mobility issues that you will get a ground floor room, as there is no lift. Etto restaurant is next door and a great place for lunch or dinner, as the hotel only serves light snacks for lunch and does not do dinner

Overall a rather disappointing experience for the one night we stayed. Overall the location is perfect - proximity to buzzing Naples and bars and restaurants. Hotel is unique in being in a lovely courtyard area. Check in service was good. But rooms are underwhelming. Very basic / dated for the price we paid and expected more. Most annoying was departure. We asked reception to book a taxi to the port for a boat to Ischia and they booked for the airport instead! The person wasn’t paying attention during checkout. When I later contacted the hotel to inform them of the mistake - which led to extra cost and us missing our boat, they didn’t even bother replying or saying sorry.

We arrived here having booked direct with the hotel 2 months earlier ( a junior suite at a fixed rate ) only to be told there was a problem with the suite , so we were given a classic room. The breakfast was poor , the coffee disappointing & the yoghurt was not even chilled! There was an art exhibition on the 1st night we stayed & a group of men were sat outside our room! Very intimidating!
On the second night we buzzed at the outside gate & could not get an answer from reception, a German gentleman also staying at the hotel tried ringing reception but no one spoke English, fortunately someone who lived there arrived & let us through. The German mans colleague let us into the hotel garden.
When checking out at the reception they tried charging us for the suite we didn’t stay in at a higher rate! Reception also told us the rate for a taxi to the airport was agreed as 20 euros , the driver wanted 25 euros!
Be wary of this dirty city !

This boutique hotel is very well-located, within walking distance of the main sights (such as the National Archaeological Museum). It is a little difficult to find once you get through the entry door off the street, but we were lucky to have someone direct us to the front door. Our room, a junior suite, was comfortable and quiet. The A/C was good, very important as we were there during the "heatwave of summer 2022." We ate the complimentary breakfast outside, on the delightful patio next to the pool. We didn't try the pool, but it looked clean and refreshing. A recommended place to stay in Naples.

Isn’t it great when you’ve selected a hotel for family and it’s just perfect. If you are fortunate enough to stay a few days you will meet most of the staff, everyone welcoming and even better, helpful making arrangements in a new city. It is tucked away behind one of the more active nighttime streets. That means you do not have to go far to feel the heartbeat of Naples. Breakfast was terrific, inside or on the terrace. The pool being mid May was chilly, but refreshing after a long day of site seeing. It is crazy on the surrounding streets at night, everyone just hanging out to the wee hours. If you are bothered by noise at night ( I’m not) perhaps ask for one of the quieter rooms. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Fabulous boutique hotel in the heart of the historic quarter of Naples. Hidden behind a courtyard entered via a large gate on the street front, was remarkably quiet.
Room a bit basic but had a big rooftop balcony area right outside which was great. Also, so fabulous to have a pool to dip into after a hot day sightseeing!
Staff were very friendly though we weren’t keen on their restaurant recommendations and in hindsight should have ignored them when they said it wasn’t necessary to buy an Artepass card. Would have saved ourselves lots of €€€s if we had!!
Also they always wanted us to take taxis but the metro/ bus/train all worked well and were easily accessible ( except when there were snap strikes) from the hotel.
Very good breakfast with great freshly squeezed orange juice and daily fresh pastries and cakes.
Would highly recommend this hotel as a well located, clean and friendly place to stay in Naples.

When we were dropped off with the taxi we weren’t sure what we were going into. Pleasantly surprised. Our room was small however very clean and nice. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and cannot do enough to help. The swimming pool is small however adequate for a cool down. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There is a snack menu which is very good. The selection at breakfast has a good choice again the staff are very attentive. Anything you ask the reception staff were there to help. Overall this is a very nice hotel in a good location.

We wanted a classy hotel, a bit special for our trip to Naples. Looking at the website Costantinololi 104 looked just what we were looking for. We have travelled widely and after some research, thought we had found the perfect place.
After a long train journey our arrival was met with apathy by the female receptionist - almost of though we were interrupting her "admin". Anyway, we put that aside and checked in. Our room (305) was tiny and very simply furnished. A bit disappointing. Yes there is a terrace where you can sunbathe and yes there is a swimming pool (with a notice saying its not suitable for swimming) but other than that it felt like a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was OK. I would say that when we had a problem with hotel wi fi the male receptionist was very helpful and went out of his way to solve the issue. So all in all, the position is great for the historic centre, but not a particularly special hotel.

Great hotel in the middle of the historical Napoli. Excellent emplacement and neighbourhood for going out or eating nicely. The staff is welcoming and very caring for any details or needs you may encounter. The swimming pool is a must to cool down during the heat.
