How we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Napoli!!! We were warmly welcomed by Alex, the owner of Sant'Alfonso. Although we only saw him on arrival, we kept in touch through WhatsApp and he remained involved and helpful. Great guy!❤️ The B&B is beautiful, a gem in the heart of the old town in a lively old neighbourhood among the locals. The space, located on the second floor (no lift, for us no problem), has been renovated and has 4 rooms, with balconies. 2 rooms face the street, the other 2 overlook the courtyard. Nice rooms, good bathrooms, excellent beds and very clean (thanks Giustina!❤️) Tea, coffee and mineral water are available in the communal kitchen, although we used water from the tap, which is fine to drink. There are plates, cups and cutlery so you can make your own breakfast. We bought our food for breakfast in a little shop in the street. Alex said that he plans to make the B&B completely ecological. Bravo! Because the B&B is located in the historic centre there are restaurants, bars, terraces round the corner and all the places of interest are nearby and easily accessible on foot. Napoli is wonderful… Napoli is emotion…You have to feel Napoli…We felt it… Dear Alex, thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely be back! Alla prossima!!

Alex is an enthusiastic host, very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and bright and airy, renovated bathroom. The location is very authentic, you can feel the vibe and energy of Naples. Many nice restaurants and bars, coffees hops within easy walking distance. Close to many sightseeing highlights. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful experience for the whole family. The room was spotless and the mattress was very comfortable. Everything is very central, we left the car in the car park and picked it up after two days. Mario was very kind as soon as we arrived, he explained to us in detail the things to see and recommended where to eat. It was the first time in Naples for me and my family. It was a wonderful experience. Naples is all to live. The B&B is located in a strategic position within the historic center, close to public transport and various points of historical interest. It is clean, modern, minimally furnished, but functional. The smile, kindness and helpfulness of Mario and the staff make you feel at home. In just 3 days we visited the major points of historical interest of the city. Mario, one of the managers of the structure, was formidable in suggesting every day the stops and of course the culinary stops; each refreshment point was a pleasant discovery for the palate. The b&b itself is very good, perhaps the best of the b&bs we tried, but.... The navigator takes you far away, it is not advisable to get there by car because the neighborhood is terrible, the door is in disrepair like a welcome to favela, when you enter the b&b you feel like you are entering another world. We went out and when we returned with the taxi the taxi driver warned us about the neighborhood (unfortunately late). Result: a sleepless night with scooters whizzing by all night, kids screaming at three in the morning as if it were daytime. Another negative note is that breakfast is not provided so it is just b&no. If I had to rate the b&b I would give it a 4 but if I rate the location, neighborhood situation, shouting and other things I give it a two.
