Had a one night stay on journey home. Were met at the property by a very kind host who showed us round explained everything and advised us how to get around the area! Clean and comfortable room not the best view but pure Naples! Hotel was in ideal location for train station, alibus, taxis, metro and circumvesuvia! Garabaldi square not for faint hearted but we loved it and lots of places to eat nearby certainly plenty to see! We will definately be back thank you Hotel Relais !

Napoli Relais is situated at a very convenient location, just outside Napoli Centrale train station. It is the lemon yellow building with green windows, 2nd building on the right. It was a perfect location for us as we had an early morning pickup by our tour company and our pickup point was the station. Although the area looks shady and unsafe, we had no problems and there is a police booth outside the station and we saw cops always around, so were not worried about our safety. The hotel is not an individual building, but is located on the 2nd floor in an old commercial building housing many other businesses. The elevator for the building is a paid one, but we had light luggage we could carry ourselves up the steps. However once inside the hotel, the place has a fresh & modern feel to it. Our family room was spacious and clean with one large bed and two single beds, equipped with all modern amenities such as electric kettle and mini fridge with complimentary water bottles. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Children especially loved the disco lighting in the shower. Water pressure was good. The water heater takes some time to heat up the water once all the hot water is used up, so need to keep that in mind. Free toiletries and hairdryer are provided, just like in 5 star hotels. Ettore was a great host. He was kind enough to allow us to keep our luggage at the hotel after checkout which we collected in the evening after our tour. Since there is no kitchen in this place, breakfast was prepackaged food, which for us, was very convenient as we could eat later instead of hurrying or missing breakfast to catch our tour bus. Overall we had a fantastic experience and we would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Had a great time here the rooms are great and clean. Ettore and Aiko were great hosts. Friendly and fun. The fridge is inside your room breakfast is provided when it suits. Close to Garibaldi station. Based ourselves here and then travelled out. Outside is a crazy environment but we had no issues. Highly recommended. ❤️🇮🇹🙏🏼

The most negative part of this location is the owner, if you are a woman expect to be disrespected by him since he is sexist. He is extremely arrogant, ignorant, and misogynistic who has difficulty understanding what customer service is. He confiscates your personal items, wont clean the rooms & the place is dangerous. Baboon is a good description to give people an idea. I travel quite often and this was by far the most WORST experience. Avoid it at all costs.

This hotel is right near Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi Square and very convenient if you don't have a car and travel by train, bus or metro. Regarding our stay, we were impressed by the attitude of the owner, who explained us what we need to visit in Napoli, and guided us which metro line to take. What I didn't like at this hotel, was the fact that the walls are very thin, and you can hear everything from the other rooms. Breakfast is served only in room, but is ok, if you are not a picky eater. Coffe only from the machine in the lobby and costs 1 euro.

Napoli Relais is located on 3rd floor (there's an elevator) of a building housing other accommodations and businesses. Location is right next to train station, no more than 2-minute walk. Room is very clean and modern, comfortable bed, mini-fridge, and spacious bathroom. 5-minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi and main streets. All transit to Pompeii, Salerno, Amalfi within 5 minute walk. Location is superb, especially for train travellers. Area has plenty of reasonable-priced restaurants and street food. It is safe, no worries there. We will stay at Relais again when in Napoli.

This gem hidden amongst the area around the main railway station of Naples. This is a B&B with basic but good quality rooms, cleaned daily, the owner Ettore welcomes guests with helpful advice on getting around. Provided in the rooms are daily pre-packed breakfast items and a coffee machine is in the central corridor, we couldn't find additional pods in the local supermarket, the in room fridge is very helpful as is the aircon. Sound can travel easily, particularly if the coffee machine is used by early risers. You can contact Ettore by phone or WhatsApp if you require additional information, rooms are on the 2nd floor, there is a small lift. The area around the station is multi cultural but safe and Naples roads are always busy, crossing the road is not for the faint hearted.

3 couples stayed over for 1 night,the hotel is conveniently close to the station,ideally situated for visiting Naples,we felt completely safe around the area and it is not how some people have described the area,Ettore was really helpful and i would definitely stay at the premises again

Just a minute walk from the train station. House does not look very nice from outside but rooms are renovated and nicely equiped. Ettore is very helpful and explains everything. Overall a good place where to stay in Napoli.
