My friends and I stayed here in November. Gennaro greeted us and made us feel at home. Breathtaking views for breakfast on the patio. I would love to return someday! Gennaro recommended wonderful restaurants and things to do. Amalfi is gorgeous, of course, and this was a bea

What a wonderful stay! We were greeted upon arrival by the owner. He gave us a helpful map of Almafi and helped us with a route for our hike the next morning. After gettin checked in, we went up to the terrace to enjoy some wine and the beautiful views! We got a great view of the

This is a small, privately family run hotel. Gennaro and Gabriella made us feel right at home. Our room was beautiful and we really appreciated all the little touches added. The free local tours organised by Gennaro were also a special touch, very much appreciated by us.

My husband and I booked a room at this B&B last minute. We were lucky enough to be given the biggest room, room 2. It was the size of a full apartment. My husband and I joked that we should have stayed in amalfi our entire trip.
Great service and staff was very friendly. We appr

Hi Manish, I figure that you too are from Mumbai like me. I am also planning a trip to Italy in May for my honeymoon. Would be grateful if you can share any itinerary / travel tips for italy. Thanks !!
Are there many steps in Amalfi and to Albergo l’antico covitto? We will be using the SiITA bus to get around . How often do the buses run? How far is it to Ravello? Grazie Ms Kim
Amalfi slopes up into the cliffside, so the main street towards the hotel is on an incline. There are lots of shops and restaurants on the main drag, but there are some to the side of the street that have steps leading up. The bus stop is right down the hill from the hotel--very close location. Ravello is about 30 minutes away and well worth the trip. The bus runs regularly. Buon viaggio!

How far and how easy is it to get from your hotel to Positano and/or Sorrento and/or Pompeii? We are thinking of hiring a car from Rome. Is it better to drive our own car to all those places from your hotel or is the local transportation better? Do you have a private beach ? Would your rooms be able to accommodate a family of 4?
You can catch the public ferry to Positano. It's a 5 min walk from the hotel and you buy a ticket before boarding near the dock. Best way to get there.

We are traveling by car from Rome. Do you have free car parks for guests? We also have a 6 month old baby. Do you have crib/cot available?
Sorry, we have not free parking because we are in the most characteristic area of Amalfi, the historical center, where you cannot enter by car. So our guests have to park outside the historical center and then come to the hotel on foot. The parking that we recommend is the garage Luna Rossa, which is about 300 meters from the hotel. It 'a public car park, managed by the City of Amalfi, where you can park in long stay (the cost is 13 € from November to March 24h, 24h 20 € from April to October and € 25 in August) and, if you park for more than one day, you can pick up the car every time you want without additional costs. It is also an open car park 24h / 24h. For the luggage trasprtation we provide by a free service active from 8 am to 8 pm, but only in the months from April to October. In the other periods you have to take them by yourself, but the way is short (just 400 meters). For your baby, we offer a free cot service.
