Dear management/owners, if this is the kind of service you receive over the phone I can only imagine the type of inhospitable, hostile service you provide at your establishment. I've worked in the tourism and travel industry for 20 years, have never been spoken to in this manner before. You need to look at your staff, in particular 'Jessica', and teach basic manners if you are to succeed in this industry.

We booked this place for 2 adults and 3 children, but were given only 4 towels. When we asked for another towel, the owner tried to argue that we only paid for 4 people. We showed him the booking confirmation but then he tried to argue that one of the children were actually free. So if they are free they don't get a bath towel?!!!
We also asked for a sink plug to do our dishes, and were told there was already a plug located in the unit.CORRECT! There was but the one and only plug in the unit did not fit the bath, bathroom sink OR the kitchen sink. Also as with other review's I've read, the manager walked to our room multiple times after our arrival but asked us to only contact him by phone.
I can safely say that we will never stay at this place again
