We stayed here for 4 nights in September, we found it to be an excellent low budget hotel. It’s located in a residential area but only minutes walk away from the sea front and less than 10 minutes to the bars and promenade. Our room was fine, a large clean room with a very comfortable bed with a small balcony and bathroom with shower over the bath. The breakfast was a bit limited with lots of carbs and terrible coffee but adequate, there is a bar with some outside street seating that serve good coffee and there is parking and a swimming pool with sun beds and a play area on the opposite side of the road.

I stayed here for 5 nights in June for a holiday from the UK. The hotel is a very friendly hotel and I enjoyed staying there. My room was fine .. a little old fashioned in the Spanish style and could of done with a few minor things being upgraded. I did not try out the pool as there are enough good beaches around locally.
The breakfast was typical continental breakfast and there was a wide selection of items to chose from.
The location of the hotel may not suit those who don't like walking.. as the hotel is near the port, so about 15/20 minutes walk to the western beaches and a good 25 mins walk to the main front and beaches. The bus station is also a good 20 min walk away..
The hotel has its own bar which is no more expensive than the local bars.
Bear in mind this is a budget hotel, so for the price I paid I thought it was very good value.

A great hotel close to the marina. We were a party of 8 and stayed for 4 nights. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection was very good with breads, cheeses ham and a hot selection. There is also a bar, which we made use of. There is also a swimming pool, which we didn’t make use of. Would return.

As mentioned , the hotel advertises with slogans, they speak your language,(not true) there is in the room an electric kettle(not true) tea facilities (none), wheelchair accessibility throughout the promises, you cannot enter the elevator with a wheelchair. There is no internet in the room, when spoken to the manager he told me that it will be looked after. At the first night I told him I will cancel the second night because of all these problems, his statement was he was not allowed to cancel the booking by booking, he could not help me. He offeered me another room, but the problems are identically. When we left the hotel I asked for an invoice and to put a note onto it that we left the hotel and didn't stayed for the second night, he refused it very brutally. My wife was shocked by his behaviour . The so called mini bar was a small fridge empty who didn't even cooling. When we left the hotel we remarked the emergency corridor was full of wooden furniture, old beds and chairs, we were not allowed to take pictures. I'm very disappointed in the service and the staff.
My wife does have COPD stade 4, and lungcancer, she needs more then one plug in the room for her breathing machine, we needed to use the mobile unit who is not so adequate as the fixed unit.

Short trip to torrevieja
Rooms nice and staff really helpful.
Breakfast good and close to marina and shops.
Getting taxis appears to be an issue if you cannot walk. You can hire electric scooters or bikes

The room was immaculate and bed made and cleaned with fresh fluffy towels. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, yoghurt , croissants and toast . The coffee was lovely and juice great.

We were spending the holidays in Torrevieja. Hesitating between this hotel and an other one for our next holidays in november, I came to have a look and informations about the facilities. I asked a lady if it was possible to have a look. She asked me to wait a moment ( she was friendly). Then a man came up and she explained my request. The guy was rude and said it was not possible in a mean way. I said it was not to see the rooms but only have a quick look. He didn’t care. She tried to explain but he answered : no te preocupes. I felt offended and I left, they didn’t care at all. This kind of attitude is very bad and unacceptable in a city that function with tourism. I don’t recommend this hotel if the service has to be that poor.

I visited this hotel in July 2022, perfect hotel which is a 10 minute walk to the beach, very clean and brilliant breakfast which is included. Staff very friendly and willing to help where possible. This hotel is everything you would want for a little getaway whether that is friends, couples or families and even better bonus there is a pool which is across the road and again this is very clean with toilet facilities. I will definitely be booking again!

Perfect Hotel. Clean rooms, perfect location. This a small friendly hotel near to all local amenities. Staff are obliging with everything and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is great, hot shower, clean rooms, comfy beds. Perfect in everything.

Only a five min walk from the marina
We travelled to Villamartin from the hotel on a house hunting trip. We were driven there - it took about 15 minutes. Not sure if there is a direct bus. Villamartin is quite spread out, be careful that you know the exact area you're looking for. If you're house hunting some estate agents will describe areas as being in Villamartin which in my opinion are quite a distance from the Plaza. Stretching it a little to say areas like Blue Hills, El Mirador or Los Links are in Villamartin!
