Just stayed here for a 4 day break in Torrevieja. Can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone on a budget. We were a family of 4 with 2 rooms which were next to each other. There is a lift. The rooms are very basic, and the furniture a little dated, but it was very clean and the cleaners came in daily. On the minus side, the rooms facing the street could be a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother me once I was asleep, although I did sleep with the window closed. An extra pillow and a warmer blanket would have been appreciated. Also a fridge, which my daughters had in their room, but not in my single room. There are no tea making facilities in the rooms either. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as we had breakfast on the seafront. All in all it was a very nice little hotel and I will definitely be staying again!

2nd stay at this very central hotel in Central torrevieja. Ideal for beach, shops and of course restaurants. Did not choose breakfast option as loved churros and parros very local to hotel. Room had no view or balcony but at €27 per night for both of us it was cheap and basic. No complaints. Reception open 24h and very fast WiFi. Ideal stay for 3/4 nights.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is in a great location for bars and restaurant's. There was a bit of road noise but I could live with that. It is only a two minute walk from the bus station if you get the coach from Alicante airport.

Was a bit nervous as it is a 1 star but I risked it after reading the reviews. VERY pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Place was spotless. Room was quite big. Bathroom big enough too and also I had a balcony. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this hotel. (No phone or kettle but honestly didn't miss it as I was out most of the day) Breakfast was basic enough BUT it was nice and surprisingly filling. Staff were also very nice and friendly. If your looking to park your car make sure you book it when your booking the room!!! I had a hire car (fiat 500) Plenty of room for it but you wouldn't get another in without a struggle.

Just spent 6 nights from Oct 1st. I wanted a hotel with a good location, as I was looking for a property to buy, rather than a holiday hotel. Less than a 10 min walk down to the waterfront/marina. I was a single, but given a double twin bed room, very clean, modern bathroom, basic, but all I required. Breakfast is the same every day but again all I needed ham / cheese / small toasted baguette / butter / marmalade / orange juice / tea or coffee, 3 euro if bought separately. 29 euro inclusive of room. great value for money. It's not a holiday hotel, but a great base in a great location. People who expect more for the price are unrealistic. Also only about 100mtrs from the bus stn and Friday market. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here while I was in the area finalising a property purchase. As a solo female I was slightly apprehensive but had no need.

Check in was friendly and efficient. I was offered a balcony which I accepted. My room was a double but I only paid gif a single.

Extremely clean with lots of hot water, clean fluffy towels changed daily and a very comfy bed. Aircon was effective and free.

Breakfast was lovely. Two tostados with butter and jam plus cheese and gam. Orange juice and café con leche. Only 4€ and even less if pre purchased.

Great location for bus station and beach.

Hotel was terrible we had money stolen from the room, the safe is in the reception so we had to leave cash in our room, because you can't access the safe after 9pm . Some reviews say the staff were nice NO WAY,,,horrible didn't want to give any rating out of 5.

I have stayed at the Hotel 3 times now and have booked more stays, I work away from home sometimes and have to travel to Torrevieja when I am working in the area, the staff are charming , the rooms spotless and the breakfast good value, they also recommended a local bar in the next street for an evening meal that was excellent value as well. It is a good base for working, holidays or just a visit to the area. I will be going back time and time again throughout the year, why look anywhere else when this hotel suits all my requirements at a very good price.

This turned out to be a great family-run hotel with nice and English-speaking staff, perfect wi-fi in the room (ask for a room with a good wi-fi connection though if you require one as not all rooms provide it). We also asked for a quiet room, and indeed we were given a very quiet room, clean and tidy, and with very good wi-fi. The location is also great – very close to the main plaza and the beach! There was a supermercado next to the hotel as well (although closed on Sundays). So, we definitely recommend Hotel Cano – it’s much better than some 2 or even 3-star hotels!

We were told that they do but restricted, however if you don't mind a walk you should be able to get parked in the streets nearby. We always got a space within 2 or 3 streets and you may just find a few hidden gems ( tapas, bars etc)
