only stayed 2 nights but found the hotel to be clean and modern. Very well located between the old town and Levante beach. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and well prepared. The room was good too but didn’t go in the pool. I would certainly return to this hotel and stay longer next time.

Just bk on Monday ngt Absolutely loved this mega friendly hotel, they have nailed it regards to covid 19!! Never short of sanitiser in this hotel! Plus they have taken all measures. Great location, bottom of street past mercadona left for new town right for old town Very modern reception and rooms!!! Plus where you eat it’s very modern and clean plus great layout! Food was ok, it is what it is! Lovely played salads for me, small mini English breakfast and great croissants 🥐 I loved with ham and cheese! Outdoor bar area again modern music throughout to pool, lovely clean pool Area lovely beds and umbrellas, again all measures taken, loungers sprayed and disinfected while not occupied Our room overlooked the park amazing we heard a live concert, live crowd amazing 😉 The staff every single one of them are so lovely 😊 so helpful , I was shouted on my last ngt they knew my name to say my travel arrangements had come through for pick up There’s a Scottish lady at reception helpful for me too, told me to get no 1 bus to water park instead of taxi 🚖 great choice I will definitely be bk with my husband next time as it was just my son and I Bar great prices too, loved my balcony and clean bathroom I could go on and on seriously for a 3 star go already and book it Great holiday …

Having stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, it only had been open a few days when we arrived. First of all rooms clean, lots of sanatizer in every entrance. Staff very good. Food could be better. One criticism is all customers should be made to wear masks in restaurant, while queuing for food and walking around restaurant. As there is not enough room for 1.5 metres apart. They also need more staff to help serve food. They are running back and forth, trying to get queue down. The food is all behind screens, and you can choose what you would like. That was very good as this is all new to everyone. Nice hotel, just a few adjustments needed.

We went to this hotel Friday 28th Feb to Monday 2nd March and we are glad we were only staying there for a short time. We had never been to Benidorm before so this was a whole new experience. When we arrived we wasn't greeted with a smile or conversation, we thought she was quite rude. Once we had checked in we did not get told anything after clearly stating we had never been here before. We just got handed the room card and drinks card and off we went. On the positive side our room was 119 and it was a lovely, modern and clean room. We had a lovely view and was nice to sit in the evenings looking out and we also got the late sun on our balcony. The room was modern and their was plenty of space and storage, the bathroom was lovely and clean, it also includes a hairdryer which saves on taking one with us. On to the food. This is what has really made me disappointed about the hotel. The food was unfortunately very poor. There was not a great selection, was cold and the quality was poor. We struggled to find something to eat as there was not a great selection. There was only 1 meat, 1 fish and some potatoes and soggy vegetables. However they were put in various sauces and that was not tasty, however that is my opinion so others may think differently. Although the desserts were lovely and the fresh fruit. But overall food quality very poor, a small selection and tasteless. The location of the hotel is around a 10 minute walk to shopping and the beach front. However if anyone is interested in going to the strip then this is around a 45 minute walk. I did state this when booking the hotel that we wanted to be close to the strip however this is the travel agents fault not the hotel. But it is best to say when booking because this hotel is rather far away from the strip but if looking for beach front and shops and a few bars and restaurants then this is ideal. Someone who struggles with walking or doesn't want to be far away, this hotel is not for you as there is a lot of up and down parts and a hill. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel again, we did not enjoy our experience but everyone is different and have their own views.…

Great location to old town,food was good,I wanted a room with a balcony & they accommodated admittedly it wasn't has updated has the first room they gave me & could be noisy first thing in the morning has it was near the kitchen.But overall no complaints from me.Be aware if your not great on your feet there is a bit of a hill to walk but local taxis are reasonable.It was set up lovely for valentine's they made an effort.
