The hotel is very clean and definitely cozy. The rooms are relatively spacious (we had the one with the addition of a bed) and the convenience of having a kitchenette is definitely not indifferent. The rooms are quiet and the tub, it turns out to be really "mini", but overall everything is more than positive Its location is magical: you are a 1-minute walk from Plaza de Espana and its metro stop (in truth you are also very close to the Arguelles stop (yellow / brown lines). The breakfast is not overly plentiful, but has everything you "need": juices, milk, coffee, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, omelette, sandwiches and sweet pastries... Definitely nothing is missing! Having the return flight in the evening they made us leave our bags all day so we could afford to turn in peace even on the day of departure. Cleanliness VERY and say VERY good! Absolutely recommended!!!

We were very pleased with our stay at Suites Viena. Superior room where we stay was well equipped with all we needed for 4 nights. Cleaniness and comfort of the room were spectacular. Particurarly we appreciated welcoming and professional services at the reception, during breakfast and how our room was made look as new every day. Very good job is done by the hotel staff.

Hotel 150 meters from the Spanish Steps. Spacious room, very comfortable king size bed, clean and modern bathroom, professional and friendly staff, we really liked everything. Breakfast is served in the lobby of the reception, at first I found it strange but when it came to go down to breakfast, they had put a screen to separate and also I realized that no one checks in before 3pm, so, total privacy.
We really liked it.

Good location, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast also good selection. Room good price, but a bit basic and the kitchenette would have been really useful but hardly any kitchenware...I.e. no sharp knife (tbf they did bring one to the room when requested), nothing for the microwave, bowls shallow as plates, etc. Just not equipped really.

The Hotel was perfect and the employees were very attentive to our needs. The location was perfect. Our thanks to all the employees who made this trip to Madrid one of our most memorable vacations. The hotel was impeccable and the restaurant had a large selection of Spanish dishes and reasonably priced.

These apartments were in a really good location. We were able to access the local train which connected to the main trains, we could walk to the buses and the metro underground.
Within walking distance you had some amazing parks and the Royal Palace and cathedral. Make sure you pre book tickets for the palace including the extra kitchen tour ticket.
The temple of Debud was just round the corner where there is a fabulous atmosphere on the hill at sunset and amazing views.
If you’re happy to use your legs you can walk to the Plazas, the cable car, the 360 degree viewing station and much more.
The Bernabéu stadium was easy to get to on the metro too.
We did a 3 hour cycle tour through Get Your Guide and it was brilliant. Do this early on to get your bearings.
The apartments themselves - if you’re expecting hotel luxury these aren’t for you however if you’re a regular apartment user these were perfect. They were very large and spacious and exceptionally clean. The kitchenette and kettle/ utensils etc were spotless. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room was very quiet (we were in 408).
The shower although a little tight on space was hot and powerful. The breakfast is in the lobby and is supplied by one of the local restaurants and had all your usual continental hot and cold food with home made cakes, sausage bacon egg, fresh fruit, croissants, sandwiches, cold cheese and ham, yoghurt etc. Again not the enormous spread you would get in a hotel but all you need.
There are no views in this block so it’s just to get your head down but half the price of most hotels in the city.
If you like a nightcap or sociable drink (NOT for the youngsters or party goers) there is a small bar round the corner that does amazing food and gets really busy. It has a really busy restaurant but you have to book. No outside seating but we’ll worth dropping in for a drink and decent measures - LA CHARCA.
All the staff in the apartment were so friendly and helpful and reception is 24 hour.
Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well located, next to the Plaza de España, so you can quickly walk to the main tourist attractions of the city. It also has close access to the Plaza de España metro (direct line from Chamartín, without making transfers), and if you need a taxi from the hotel itself, they contact you and it arrives very quickly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, in our case we were also accommodated in a room superior to the one we reserved, and they always treated us very kindly. The buffet breakfast, although not too large, was very good.
As things to improve, perhaps a larger area for breakfast (at rush hour there was a wait because there was no space available to sit) and review some things about the facilities, such as the bathroom seals and screens. I will repeat, I have no doubt.

Our room was well appointed, offered adequate space, and the location was surprisingly quiet despite being close to several major attractions. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was generous and offered really good variety. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff and excellent treatment, from cafeteria/breakfast, reception, to cleaning... very spacious and quite modern room, with kitchenette included in all rooms. Possibility of parking although too expensive, but at least we were left parked a few more hours after check out, to enjoy the last day. Very varied breakfast and great quality and the breakfast staff offers exceptional treatment as well as very long hours.
We have stayed here several times and will of course repeat, as long as the prices do not continue to rise further.
The location could not be better: in the center but quiet street, good access by car and public transport of all kinds in 2-3 minutes walk. It's a very safe area.

It's the second year I've stayed here at Christmas and it's wonderful. It is 1 minute from Plaza España and you have the center next to it, and at the same time you have the guaranteed rest because you are in an area where nothing is heard. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is fine because there is a bit of everything and it is also included in the price of the reservation. The staff is very friendly and close. It is certainly a hotel I recommend and would book again if I returned to Madrid.

You can just walk in. I’m not a big breakfast fan; so, I ended having breakfast at nearby cafeterias which were much cheaper.

Take a left at the hotel exit. Less than one block you will see the Metro Station "4 Caminos" entrance near the traffic light. If you are going to the hotel by Metro (I think is Line 2, but not sure) get down on "4 Caminos" stations. That station has 3 different exits. Look for "Reina Victoria" exit (same street as the hotel address ). There are two exits to Reina Victoria street. Should be very easy.
