The hotel was in a great location. Bus stop right out the front to Plaza Sol. (No. 6). Metro just around the corner.
The room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and a nice shower. Walks are a little thin, so hopefully no noisy neighbours. Fridge in the room but no kettle etc.
Breakfast was good with good choices and very pleasant staff. Reception were very helpful. Quick wifi

In a pinch and during a heavy season for Madrid, there weren't other hotels available at the time. We booked this hotel as a last resort and had a wonderful time. Its not a luxury hotel, but the rooms were well kept, clean and everyone on staff was very pleasant to speak to. Their English was very good and knew all the answers to our questions-especially about the area. Being used to staying in a more central location, it wasn't difficult to get around to/from the hotel--which was my main concern. The breakfast wasn't something to write home about, but cheap and good to fill up on before a long day out.

Average clean and comfortable place to stay. Great breakfast facilities, however, no tea and coffee in rooms. Reasonably located just on outskirts of central city. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with a variety of tapas available at affordable prices

Mid-range hotel, good location, classic and clean rooms, suitable for spending a few days of leisure or work. Correct reception and quick check-in.
Negative: if the room faces the poplar avenue you will need earplugs. Ask for a room in the back.
Positive: The breakfast staff (Marisa) is exceptional, friendly, polite and very attentive to every customer who comes to the cafeteria.

Good hotel in front of Madrid Río and on the Paseo de la Chopera, a few minutes from the Legazpi metro station. Large and spacious room with private bathroom and everything you need to spend 2 nights. Good buffet breakfast and quite varied to choose from. Cafe , cola cao, tomato, olive oil, butter, jam, fruits, yogurt, scrambled eggs omelette, ham, cheese, etc...
3-star hotel with all the services. There is a room where breakfast is served. There is no room or hall to sit and have a drink or rest for a while but for me it is not necessary.
I especially recommend it for people who travel alone and only go to the hotel to rest or bathe, change clothes and go out again.

A great discovery in Madrid. The room very nice, clean, spacious, fridge, comfortable bed. I would highlight the staff, reception, cleaning, the people who serve you at breakfast, great professionals, close, always with a smile and get you very comfortable. It is located four stops from Sol by metro, a neighborhood where there is everything, supermarkets, restaurants,... Highly recommended

We stayed here for one night as part of a tour. It is quite far away from ‘the action’ as a tourist so I am not sure why one would pick this place but it was a relatively comfortable hotel. The room we had was quite big compared to most other places we stayed. The beds were good enough - not the best we’ve experienced. If you’re wanting to be in the Legazpi area it is a good choice.

Good value for money. We took a double room. Clean. Comfortable double bed. The shower was not so much, the water leaked a little and the sink was very small.
The situation is very good. It has a subway station next door and bars very close for breakfast if you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast.
Friendly staff.
Overall a good stay in Madrid.

A very hospitable hotel just within the city centre. Close to metro. Spacy rooms and all employees are helpful - the lady and her colleagues in charge of breakfast are the smile of the beginning of the day - the reception staff are really helpful - the cleaning is perfect. I hope to be back!

Great location, convenient for bus and metro connections that allows you to get around the city. Around the hotel many good and moderately priced places to eat at any time of day.
There is everything you need. Also the private parking.
Beautiful park la Chopera there in front.
Friendly staff and excellent cleanliness.

How much is the taxi from the airport to hotel? What is the difference from a normal room to a deluxe?
Answer from Resort60264304619
Whitchurch, United Kingdom1 contribution
Not sure what the difference in rooms is. We just booked a double and got a really nice room (602). We used the metro to get to the hotel. It’s really easy to navigate and you just buy a travel card (Transportes) and load it with ten trips before leaving the airport. One tip, jump on the free shuttle to terminal 4. It’s about a 10 minute ride but worth it because it saves you walking a long way to get to the metro station for Terms 1,2 and 3 !!! The hotel is on line 3 (yellow) and is only a hundred metres stroll from the metro station (also called Legazpi). Hope this helps, Bob

Si no recuerdo mal, 15€.
