Detailed Reviews
This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The owner and staff are complete liars, and the entire place is a scam! They promise services they don’t deliver, the rooms are dirty, and nothing looks like the pictures online. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and they try to squeeze money out of you at every turn. If you want a terrible experience, stay here—but I’d highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

We were close to the Warner and about 30 min. from Madrid center, there was enough room to park, the staff willing and friendly. The unbeatable cleanliness, breakfast had everything you needed, making the reservation directly with the hotel we got it.
We will return without hesitation.

The worst hotel in Madrid without a doubt, not to mention Spain.
For food, bring coins for the vending machine and before you go, buy some candles in the church in your city so that they are replenished with food.
The room...well...I think Ortega Lara was more comfortable in his cellar without a doubt.
Due to work I am forced to cancel 3 nights of stay Friday Saturday Sunday and notice on Thursday.
Well, they stayed Friday and Saturday night when the hotel was empty.
...then he explained to me why in the middle of August this hotel in Madrid was empty.
They have made more money from what they stole from me in the cancellation than from my stay...that's how Spain goes...because crooks are allowed to do these things...really...if you go to Madrid, It is preferable to pay a little more and go to any hostel if necessary and share a room... I have never found hostel owners this expensive

Definitely one of the best places you can find in the whole south area. We went to Madrid on a family outing to Madrid and had a great time, the perfect stay, the super polite staff and they helped us in everything, the very spacious and clean room, the cleanest we have seen, and the super affordable price for Madrid.
No doubt we'll be back.
