Needs more security and a 24h reception service. Bath towels could be included in the room price. Sometimes it started smelling to Leach or disinfectant... and that's a bit unpleasant.
Except that... well, everything is ok !

seemed a bit fastidious with regards to does and donts which didn't create a good relaxed atmosphere,that said not too bad overall butstaff unhelpful and seemed only intrested in charging for luggage storage whether coming or going towels and advice !!
