The rooms are not big but cozy and clean. The room regularly cleaned and changed consumables (towels, bedding, coffee capsules machines, etc.).
Given that the Barcelona network has many places to visit, this hotel has a great location from some attractions, there is also a nearby entrance to the metro and bus stops.
It's a great place for those who don't "sit" in the room.
The staff is responsive. They'll always tell you if you have any questions.

Multi-lingual staff at reception making it a bit easier as my Spanish isn’t up to scratch! We were informed of breakfast times and prices and pool opening times and other hotel amenities.
We stayed in room 103 which was a deluxe triple with patio. The room was clean and spacious and a generous sized bed. Modern finish to the room and patio area. The patio was on the back of the hotel which was very quiet. This led onto a terraced area with deckchairs which appeared to only be accessible from the patio rooms.
There was a safe with clear instructions, easy set your own code. However a few days into the trip I had managed to lock myself out. After calling reception, maintenance had arrived and fixed the problem within 10 minutes! Very impressed.
The pool is a small plunge pool, not for big swimming sessions, but lovely to cool off after a day of exploring the city. We ordered drinks via the app which took 30minutes to arrive but this was not an issue as we were happy to spend the time on the pool terrace enjoying the weather and pool. There is a landline phone to place drinks/foods order if you do not have a smart phone. Pool towels provided and deck chairs plenty.
Each floor was designed around an artist so take your time to look around and see the art prints.
Extra coffee provided when we asked as we were staying for 4 nights. Rooms had a Nespresso machine which was fine as we are coffee drinkers but if you drink tea I’m sure the hotel could be accommodating. Mini fridge, air con, bath robe, slippers, towels and travel essentials (toothbrush, comb, sewing kit, shampoo, body wash etc) all in the room.
I emailed in advance to see if there was an iron and I was informed these were available to request at reception but I did not need this in the end.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Local amenities near by, plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and a metro station all within minutes walk from the hotel.
Over all, a great hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you staff for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The staff couldn’t do enough to help and it was situated in a convenient location for aerobus and metro. Room is well stocked with toiletries including a shaving kit which was particularly useful as we travelled with hand luggage. Rooftop terrace was lovely and plenty of chairs to sit on.
Only small issue was we couldn’t get the coffee machine in the room to work but wasn’t really a major issue so we didn’t worry about reporting it.
Overall an amazing stay in a lovely area of Barcelona - lots of restaurants nearby! Don’t hesitate to book this one.

We experienced an incessant noise from a light that turned on and off without stopping. As if you had a 10s Tick Tac all night. The light being less troublesome because in a closet that closes.
The only solution found turn off the electrical meter in the room, so no more air conditioning, no more electricity.
In short we did not sleep, the only compensation received was 50€ refund of parking and tourist tax on a room at nearly 300€ per night.
Given the attitude of the manager and the sleepless night the option to offer us breakfast is clearly contempt!! Seriously pay just for using 4h a bed is expensive!!!
This is by no means a 4 Star Pension given the customer service. And especially that this problem was known since the justification of the manager was that the customers before were still satisfied (unverifiable, and maybe they sleep with balls quies) , an attic!!

Points to note are there are no tea making facilities in the room only a coffee pod machine and its £4 for a very small cup of tea in the hotel which was still too weak after 2 tea bags.
We were given 2 complimentary drinks vouchers for the bar upon checking in but were unable to use them as the bar was closed all 3 days from tea time all night for private functions.
The room was cleaned once during the 4 days which meant we had to ask for toilet paper and coffee pods for my wife as both werent replenished. The minibar in the room is very expensive, supermarkets all around outside which is where we stocked up for the room.
Negative points are all minor and would likely stay again.
The hotel is well located in a quiet area some 15 minute walk away from Place Catalunya , the welcoming glass of Cava at reception is a nice touch but our first room was a real disappointment, it was just so small. Sure it was described as a standard room but there was no room to even open a suitcase on the floor by the bed, certainly not worth the price we had paid.
Anyway we upgraded to a Superior room which was more spacious, the bed was comfortable and the room clean. However we did have issues with the non fully working TV which I reported to the reception desk on 3 occasions during our two night stay, and yet nothing was done to resolve the issue.
In general H10 Art Gallery is a nice hotel, but not one I would rush back too as there are many better options
