CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL!!! Ona Hotels isn't a trustful company! They informed me about the cancelling of my reservation in Barcelona in April due to pandemic. Since then I'm asking several times to get my money back as the city isn't safe but they stop replying my mails. As a customer I fell really disappointed and mistreated. I don't recommend at all any customer been in such position therefore WATCH OUT BETTER OPTIONS and avoid cash cow companies like @ona Hotels!!

Just come back from a three night stay at Ona Hotel Arya. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who went out of their way to settle us in, and this could be said for every other member of staff throughout the stay. Hotel and rooms are modern and clean and there's bottled water, satellite TV and a safe in the room (free of charge). You can also get unlimited hot drinks from the bar downstairs. Wasn't quite warm enough for the pool but it was a nice, if not small, space to relax. Great location away from the bustle of La Rambla, only 5 minutes walk from Camp Nou and the nearest Metro stops are a few minutes away. Lots of cafés and restaurants in walking distance and a lovely 1 hour walk to the beach if you have the legs for it. We intend to return!

Quick stay before going to Valencia, check in was quick and easy and the lady on reception was very helpful. Bed was comfy and everything seemed very nice. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked good when checking out

We stayed here because we decided to attend a football match at Barcelona FC. The hotel is well located (about 8min walk) to the stadium and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It is also right next to a metro station - but beware this does mean you can feel the vibration of the passing trains in you are in one of the lower floors. Room size was good and there is also a private balcony. Some noise could be heard from other guests but mainly when they were in the hall rather than from rooms. We didn't try breakfast as we had an early flight.
