It's our first time in this hotel and we've already decided that it won't be the last. Everybody at the hotel was very kind and friendly: at the reception desk, the cafeteria, the restaurant and even at the pool. We ate lunch and dinner there and we can say that the food was very good. It is a good idea to make a reservation in advance because short time after we started eating, all the tables were taken. If you want to visit Salamanca, you need to drive a few minutes to reach the town but it's not too long. The hotel is located in a quiet area so there won't be any traffic noise to disturb your sleep. As I said before, I'm coming back to this hotel in my future visits to Salamanca.

A good hotel wher we had a large room. It was a pity the pool was closed for Autumn., because it looked inviting. The food was good although it was a budget menu. It was served well. The area was a bit out of town and quiet.

This is a large hotel about 10-15 minute drive from Salamanca, it caters mainly for tour groups and as such is very busy. The accommodation was comfortable but the room was too hot forcing you to open the window. Fortunately as the hotel is away from the main highway there was not too much noise. Regards food , it was poor. Dinner was a huge lasagne, a plate of salad which no one touched because they were not sure what it was to go with, main was chicken and mushrooms and dessert this horrible custardy thing in a dish. Very strange ensemble and no other choices. Other groups were eating different things which made me think the menu was inspired by the tour company. Breakfast was awful, the worst on my tour, no choice and a bun fight with all the other tour groups in there. Not relaxing and not a place to stay other than to rest your head for one night.

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a group. I was allocated a west-facing room and noted that the curtains were very hot when I drew them to be in shade. After dinner I returned to the room and the Temperature was 39deg C which was intolerable. I complained and no alternatives were available. I was advised to open the balcony door as the AC was set on heating. The problem was that there was a wedding party going on and this was very noisy until after 2am. So my room was both hot and noisy. Just not acceptable. The remaining 2 nights were in another room which was cool and satisfactory. The food was satisfactory and after the debacle of the first night, the staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is not far out of town and generally OK but be careful in accepting a room there.

We were driving through and needed a quiet place to sleep for the night with safe parking. Came across this hotel on the outskirts of Salamanca offering great value. It is next to a camping with a bus stop connection just outside. The hotel must have had former glory in its day. It is very big with a lot of facilities, with very large room and bathroom. Old decor but very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast offer but can’t say it impressed in terms of quality. If you are travelling with a car I would recommend this hotel as a base. That said, remember we visited during low season.
