Found by chance and what a nice find, receptionist on arrival was fast & efficient ( something that was to run through all the staff we met), room was spacious & well equipped, beds were very comfy and a real bonus was air conditioning. Room cleaning was to a good standard. We will return to this hotel on our next visit to Santa Cruz and will recommend.
We have stayed there for one night before our Christmas cruise with Pullmantur. Hotel is situated right in the city centre of Santa Cruz De Tenerife. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants around (although you might want to avoid those right in the middle of a pedestrian way, very pricey). You can have a nice walk around the port and by the fountain. Hotel itself is very small, a bit dated, but for one night was good enough. As you are surrounded by the bars, it gets very noisy in the evenings, so you might need to wear ear plugs for the night. Breakfast next day was also adequate, some cold and hot food available. Reception staff was also very nice, you could ask them any questions. Overall not bad hotel for a night or two.
The room was inexpensive, small, clean, and central. Unremarkable. We were here the day before our cruise, so we were able to access food, shopping, and the the cruise terminal easily. Would have ranked it higher, but the staff was also unremarkable, small touches such as a smile or well wishes at check in and the breakfast staff would have given me reason to rate higher.
I stayed at this hotel for 6 days in May 2019. To eat breakfast for this hotel you have to go across the street. You have to go there another Hotel, Hotel AdonisCapital. There's a Mcdonald's across the street from Hotel Adonis Plaza. This hotel is like 5 blocks away from the tram stop Fundacion. A few blocks south of there is the main bus terminal. The main post office for Santa Cruz De Tenerife is a block a half away. The front desk staff speaks excellent English, like Mouna and Jose. Mouna told me what bus to take to get to Puerto De La Cruz and Loro park etc. Jose was helpful to about how to get to Siam Park, Teide, etc. The hotel has luggage storage. My room had a few outlets, the wi-fi was great. I had a safe, air conditioner, Flat-Screen T.V, desk, phone, double bed. This place is smack dab in the middle of everything. I'll stay here again.…
Was originally booked at Hotel Adonis Pelinor (across the street), but it appears they are condo converting it or something, so we were moved to Hotel Adonis Plaza. The location is great, with restaurants in the square and the pedestrian streets. The ladies who work the breakfast (across the square at Hotel Adonis Capital) were so nice, they made for a bright cheery morning. The breakfast was good with plenty of breads, sweets, eggs (scrambled one day, fried the next), yogurt, cheese, bacon, vegetables, beans, etc. The front desk staff was also very helpful. We had some Air conditioning issues, and they were resolved right away. Only caution would be in our bathroom - the hot and cold were reversed in the shower (probably just our room), and the bathroom tile could get very slippery when wet. Wifi worked well.…
