Had a junior suite as it was a good price. The suite was a good size, clean although a little dated. Good size bathroom with tub and separate quality shower Good quality bathrobes provided. The hotel is also a training place for those going into the hotel trade. Food was as you would expect excellent. We went half board so had evening meal and breakfast.Bar was one of the cheapest hotel bars we have been in The pool is small but looked well looked after. Lots of public spaces and quiet corners to sit in. Staff were efficient and eager to please.
This hotel is a nice place to stay in Santa Cruz. Its location is a bit strange (just behind the football stadium, not very lively during the week). The place is huge, hall is very nice and everything is well taken care of. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned as well as the bathrooms. The breakfast is served at a nice dinning room and there are also students doing their practices as waiters. This is nice.
My mum stayed here for a week after my dad was taken into hospital and what a fab hotel they turned out to be - from assisting my mum with translations, taxis and paperwork to helping my mum and dad for the one night they both had to stay My mum didn't use the facilities other than the room but it was clean and tidy
Very clean and comfortable hotel, well maintained and quite spacious rooms compared to many other chains. I think it offers good value. Location wise, it's a 15-20 minute walk from the centre (uphill on the way back) but I liked the walk and the quieter location. Staff: all very efficient, although some were very friendly while others weren't that approachable. It would be nice to have more consistently on this front. Breakfast could be improved - looks a bit like a youth hostel in terms of the presentation!
We spend here three nights during our Tenerife round trip and it was a good choice. Junior suite (under 100€per night) was spacious and quite elegant too. Not luxus but solid 4 stars level. We bought the breakfast every morning during our stay, they had some sort of an offer, it was 10€ per person, and that was a good deal, only thing that lacked was the vegetables. The main restaurant area is about 1km away, and overall it was a good location. The one thing that needs improvement is the level of service, there were not that many smiles during our stay and it even seemed that the staff tried to avoid any contact. Recommended but could be even better
