I had a great personal experience at this hotel. Very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, fantastic location, and very good cleaning services. Everything is new and the room is very stylish. Would definitely stay at again!

My partner & I stayed for 1 night here, very new hotel, lovely spacious rooms & very courteous staff. Steps away from the plaza Espana, so location was perfect, only downside was trying to find the parking for this hotel, maybe they should sign post it better & have easier access to it, other than that we had a lovely stay here & would recommend it.

My partner and I were a bit weary of booking the hotel since it didn't have many reviews but I am glad we did because Urban Anaga was great. The rooms were big, bright and clean. The hotel also has a rooftop bar with great ambiance and views of the city- the drinks were great. We had a nice bartender who did not speak engllish but he was so great at trying to communicate with our little Spanish. This hotel is new so I'm sure it will get more popular but definitely a great deal. I would recommend it.

The room it self was nice and big, the bed is awesome, but the isolation is horrible! Specially that the hotel has a club on the roof that you can hear if somebody is laughing on the club in your room! So forget about having a quiet night here! The staff were helpful, but their English isn't the best. The breakfast is confusing! Minimalist, and it seems like there's only one person doing everything, cooking, serving, cleaning, and no body is refilling the buffet!

Having to have a few one night stays in Santa Cruz we are trying different hotels each time. So far this has been the best. We almost didn't book due to lack of reviews but as it has only been open a few weeks we did. It is in a great location close to everything in the city centre. Rooms were a lot bigger than expected. Towels and bedding all felt top quality. The shower was brilliant. A bath would have been nice but that would be my only negative. Breakfast was included and gave a good choice with crepes made fresh to order. I'm sure as it gets more popular prices will creep up but for now it is fantastic value. I will come back here again if only to use the rooftop bar which has views of the city
